We booked single rooms for two people, as a result, for the same money we were settled in a double room, in addition to the beds there was also a wardrobe for outerwear and that was it. In addition, guests from neighboring rooms rested too noisily until late at night, the smoke in the corridor is so dense that it's hard to breathe (I smoke myself, but this is too much), the toilet is shared, so my friend had to wait his turn from 5.00 to 07.30, I don't say anything about the shower. And these are just the main points. You can write for a long time, but agrotourism should be engaged in its own direction, like a hotel, such estates as the generous hare cannot work until they are ready. This is purely my opinion.

We had a rest in the 2nd quarter of 2024.
We were just shocked by these conditions, but since we made an advance payment in advance to the card in the amount of 150.00 rubles, it was a pity to refuse.
An hour of the bath cost 35.00 rubles, you need to pay extra for the dishes (20.00 rubles), the dishes are just all stained.

The conditions are simply disgusting.

According to the irresponsibility of the hostess of the house, one can judge about the situation and service in the manor itself. By chance, my wife and I planned to visit the Berezovsky district for several days and, of course, stay somewhere for the night and rest. The choice fell on the farmstead Generous Hare, exactly a week before the appointed time of arrival, we called the hostess of the estate, asked to book the best room (double bed, bathroom inside the room), said that we would arrive 100% by 12.00, to which the "hostess" was very happy, said that the room would be waiting for us and we we will be very satisfied with the hospitality and comfort. On the appointed day on the way, about an hour and a half before the entrance to the place of rest, I decided to call and clarify whether everything was ready for our check-in, to which the "dear hostess" answered me a little with surprise, yes, you can stop by after 15.00. I: "that is, how, I am I booked a room with you by 12.00," to which I was given an answer without a note of regret and apologies: : "And people have already checked into your room and live." To my question, why do I find out about this only at the entrance to "this institution", a short answer was given: "These people have already paid for the room, but I forgot to warn you" This is called a "COLLECTIVE FARM SERVICE"!!! Yes, and she also offered my wife and me to move into a room without amenities with two separate beds - SERVICE! And on the way I had to quickly, since there is such a miracle as the Internet, look for another place to relax and stay overnight, and I found a very cozy beautiful place in the city of Bereza, with all amenities, with hot water, with a cafe-bar in the institution itself, with comfortable rooms, where and further, being in P.S.
Everything that is not being done is being done for the best: driving not far from this estate "Sneaky Hare", I noticed that the house is located in some field opposite a HUGE COWSHED. Of course, I would not like to be there, but it will never happen again, to BREATHE FRESH COUNTRY AIR WITH A WONDERFUL AROMA OF COW DUNG for days!!!
