A great place for a relaxing holiday. A very hospitable hostess. Excellent location, near the Zapadnaya Dvina estate, a forest where you can walk and enjoy nature, and a 10‐minute walk from a large sandy beach and a city park. Beautiful, well-maintained and well-maintained territory. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. We stayed with a tour group with breakfast. It was delicious at home, the portions are very large. Everyone liked it

We needed an urgent overnight stay after the border.we settled in promptly.
Positive: beautiful territory and house, quiet, close to the river, the caring owner cordially offered a snack when they realized that all cafes were closed in the area.
Cons: a common forge ... this issue needs to be worked on (there is no hood - it is stuffy and smells bad, the cold is not enough for all guests, there is also a problem with dishes (pots). The cleanliness of the kitchen and the kitchen also wants the best.
Otherwise, everything is more than normal.

A very pleasant, quiet place. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, there is a TV and a refrigerator. There is a separate large kitchen where you can cook your own meals. Everything is clean and tidy. Everything is new. We were in transit for one night - we liked everything, had a good rest. I recommend it!

A great place to hold an event. Excellent interior. On the second floor there are excellent rooms with upholstered furniture and all amenities. Beautiful landscape view, excellent gazebos and outdoor recreation areas. Wonderful decoration of the territory with green spaces. Hospitable and friendly hosts. Everything is great, we recommend it!!! 🥰

Месторасположение шикарное!
Хозяева гостеприимные.
Природа волшебная!
Прекрасный пляж на Западной Двине буквально в 10 минутах хотьбы по лесной дорожке вдоль высокого берега реки.
Очень понравилось.

Утром заселили в номер, и поехал гулять. Когда вернулся, то оказалось, что номер занят. Юрий, муж хозяйки, гостеприимно поселил меня у себя в доме на первом этаже. Накануне отъезда я отравился в кафе, и он снарядил меня всеми необходимыми медикаментами. Большая благодарность.
Семья очень отзывчивая и гостеприимная.
Номера в гостевом доме новые, чистые и уютные. Это я успел подсмотреть при заселении.
