There is a pass sign at the entrance and travel is prohibited, only with the approval of some organization. I did not understand how it works, it would be fine for a private business to buy out, rebuild and let in tickets, but this, as I understand it, is a state institution that has limited access to a historical place, how does it work?
A good place to spend a holiday, the living conditions are certainly not very good, but they have beautiful views. The place itself is very interesting.
