Great place! We have been vacationing here for several years. It is quite budget-friendly (this year 150 thousand per person), at the same time, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay in nature: comfortable trestles with a canopy, massive tables with benches, a fishing pond, 2 pools with showers and changing rooms, one of the pools equipped with water slides, an open kitchen with cauldrons where you can cook on your own. They also provide a barbecue with firewood for cooking kebabs, dishes, cutlery. Clean toilets, there are hand wash basins. There are children's bicycles and scooters on site. You can rent a two-storey cottage for an overnight stay or for several days. It seems that there is still something like a hostel.
The territory is quite large. I definitely recommend it!

Great place for Usmon ota! Clean area, large clean pools, friendly staff. There are a lot of trestles on the territory, fishing. Very comfortable cottages - 3 bedrooms on the second floor and a living room-kitchen on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms, comfortable layout. Wishes to the owners - a cafe with a minimal menu so that you can order food on the spot. Overall, we really liked everything! We will be happy to return to this place!

It's very cozy. The staff is active and polite. The territory is clean, the water in the pools is clean and at a pleasant temperature. We were a big team, children of different ages, and we were given a discount on entrance fees, which was very pleasant.

We had a rest that year, it was very cool there, there was a good staff, a girl named Camila worked - she was very pleasant and responsive, she solved all questions and problems! And now Vera is a boor who does not know how to treat people, there is no respect for elders, just boorish. It 's not nice to come on vacation and have people like Vera spoil the rest .Unfortunately, we are very isolated. Dear host Usman ota, if you do not remove such staff, you will simply lose good customers, guests and your rating!!!

In terms of price and quality, it is an ideal place. You can rent even a cottage, even a hostel (very clean, with all amenities), even a tapchan. There are cauldrons for cooking and everything you need. The pool is large and small, another one is under construction, the price includes everything that is on site. It is convenient to relax with the family, the husband is fishing, the children are riding bicycles, the wife is in the pool. Rustam, who looks after the territory, has a separate respect

A nice country complex with fishing and a swimming pool.
The fishing is excellent, carp are well caught on the donkey.
The pool is nice and clean. The trestles are not super new, but in general it will work.
The price tag is adequate. The only thing is that the caught fish is paid separately.
The main disadvantage is the construction site on the territory and the garbage associated with it.
In general, it is recommended.

A very good place away from the city to take a break from the hustle and bustle. You can stay in a cottage for 10 people. The house has everything you need for cooking and barbecue. The staff is pleasant. But it's still hot in summer. There is a swimming pool, and another larger one was built when we were there. You can go fishing in the ponds

Everything seems to be fine, but there was no light for half a day and this has a very bad effect on products in such heat and with all this, no discounts did anything, there was no light from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m.
The pool is cool and the water seems warm
But for some reason, no one controls the children's pool, someone managed to go there for a long time straight into the water and no one paid attention to it for two hours
The sun beds by the new pool are in the open sun. This is a class for those who want to sunbathe, but not so much for those who cannot come to the sun... a very weak voltage does not pull the coffee machine and the conder constantly turns off and lives its own life
There are no complaints about the cottages themselves, they are very clean, neat and everything is as it should be
