This is an old house with a history and a wonderful hostess. They preserve the ancient interiors and layout. Located in the heart of the old city in Bukhara. At a shared breakfast, you can chat not only with the hostess, but also with other guests from different countries. Friendly, warm atmosphere
Wonderful place😍😍😍 Lived here in February 2024 for 2 nights, an old house with a history, super hospitable hostess Umida and her family. She came out to meet us at 4 a.m., when the taxi driver dropped us off somewhere. It's a very cozy place, it feels like you've come to visit your relatives) The house is located in the historical center, within walking distance to all the main places.
The rooms are very clean, with a national flavor. Shower and toilet on the floor, if anything)
We were settled ahead of time and did not even take any additional payment
I heartily recommend❤️ I would stay here a second time
A wonderful guest house of the artist. The artist is no longer alive, but his wife Umida carefully preserves the traditions of this Bukhara house, very soulfully and beautifully. The beds are comfortable, the breakfasts are delicious! If you like to live at a party, then I sincerely recommend you here!
There are no bathrooms in the rooms. The toilet water was turned off at night. If you want to wash it off, but there is no water. Breakfasts essentially consisted of just an omelet, well, coffee or tea. There is not even a kettle in the room and no dishes.
I got into an incomprehensible story in this guesthouse. I am a citizen of Uzbekistan myself (in the tour zones of Uzbekistan, a rule applies for citizens, payment is 2.5 times cheaper than for foreign tourists). I came with a group of Russian tourists and they negotiated with the hostess of the guesthouse. They agreed on 200 thousand per day per person. (For Uzbek citizens in such guesthouses, the payment is 50 thousand per day). The living conditions, to put it mildly, do not match the price. One toilet for 11 people. The hostess, having taken my ID, did not want to follow the rules and did not reindex me as a citizen of Uzbekistan. Three days later, I went to another hotel (more comfortable), which I warned the hostess in advance, but she did not return the money for two days of stay. In total, I lived in this guest house for 3 days for $100.
I strongly advise you not to move into family guesthouses, they do not follow basic rules and cheat. And the mood for which people go to Bukhara will be guaranteed to be spoiled.
Thanks to the beautiful Umida and her big friendly family for our vacation, for the fact that their beautiful guesthouse gathers people from different countries under its roof and connects them with friendship. Bukhara is now forever in our heart 💙

I stayed in this guest house during my visit to Bukhara in July 2022. I liked everything very much. The house itself is very interesting (see photo). Nice room with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. The location is in the center, close to the sights. Very friendly hosts. A delicious breakfast was included in the price (with awesome apricot jam made by the hostess). I will definitely stop again and recommend it to my friends.
The 1907 house of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Emir of Bukhara. It breathes history, as well as the residence of the most famous photographer and artist Shavkad Boltaev. Maximum recommendations.
