Neither on the site, nor in Yandex (and other services) there is no information that this Wednesday the company will work according to the Friday schedule (until 16-00), it is indicated everywhere until 17-30. And they didn't warn me when I contacted them. Only at 15-30, when I decided to write just in case that I was leaving and would be back in an hour, I was told that they were working until 16-00 today.

Hello. This organization has let us down very, very much. On Thursday, an order was placed with delivery to the facility at 10.00, an advance payment was made. We really asked the manager to send our goods on the same day, because the awnings were bought to repair the roofs of residential multi-storey buildings. I was assured that they had already contacted Autolight and our tents would arrive on Friday. At 15.50, without waiting for the order, I started contacting the manager, to which I received the answer "I have the end of the working day, I have already turned off the computer, I have no time".... and short beeps. After calling back, no one answered me. P.S. The head of this organization, I think, has nothing to do with it, but I would change the manager or at least deprive him of the bonus. Others suffer from her negligence, primarily the reputation of the organization.
