A good Condo is probably one of the best in Nyharna (if you choose from the condominiums). In Utopia, the loft is cheaper, the idea of two-story apartments is interesting, there are enough closets for clothes, but there is not enough space, there are shelves in the shower only above the toilet (our shampoos were just on the floor), not everyone has chairs and a table on the balcony. In utopia, the condo is nicer, the rooms are more spacious, everyone has chairs and a table on the loggia, and a normal-sized refrigerator. The only thing that is uncomfortable is the very dim light in the bathroom. By the way, the pools are good, the water is always clean in them. There is a laundry room in the parking lot, and you need to insert 30 baht (10 baht coins) to do the laundry. Overall, I liked it)

If you are looking for a place to stay in Phuket, where you want to come back again and again, then these apartments are a real must-visit! This is the third time here, and as always, the impressions are vivid, but they have their own charm and ... slight irony.
The first advantage is, of course, the proximity to the sea. The beach is only 10 steps away, except for the epic road leading to it. This path through the jungle and the "new" road seems to have been built exclusively for those who like a little adventure along the way. You walk in, thinking that the wild world is about to take you over, and you remember all the warnings about snakes... but fortunately, the path leads not to the jungle, but to a beautiful beach.
Now about the pools — there are as many as five. And three of them are children's. Yes, they are there too, but the sun's rays hardly get there, so the water is always in the shade, which means it never warms up. Kids, of course, are thrilled, but adults can only dream of hot bathing in these ponds.
A local restaurant is worth mentioning separately. It is ideal for those who appreciate subtle culinary delights. Or he doesn't appreciate it. Here, every review seems to focus solely on what you didn't like. "The salad turned out to be different from the menu!" — such phrases are heard as soon as one of the guests decides to write their experience. So, if you want to experience a special gastronomic adventure, welcome.
But it's not that bad! On the other hand, it's always fun on the opposite side of the apartment — the locals arrange such "cultural" parties that one would think it was an outdoor show. They sing, drink, and generally live without paying attention to the opinions of their neighbors. And it doesn't matter that it's always a reason to smile before morning.
In general, if you want to learn everything about life in Phuket in its most vivid manifestations — here! Another plus is the incredible sunsets that make you forget about all the minor inconveniences and enjoy what you have. And in the local chat of the owners, they constantly discuss who has children who are awake and where it's better to eat. In general, it won't be boring!

Good location. You can walk not only to Naiharn, but also to Yanui and Rawai. They're not close, but for a walk, especially in the morning, it's the best. There are several swimming pools, a gym, a cafe and a massage slope on site. The rooftop pool is gorgeous. I didn't really like the layout. There is a lot of extra space, but at the same time, the two-bed apartment has one bedside table (the bed is of some unlikely size, and there is no room for a second bedside table) and a very small closet, which for some reason is located in the bathroom. And in two-storey apartments, the toilet is upstairs, although this may be due to the fact that the bedroom is also on the second floor. But when you come from the sea, you have to go upstairs to wash up. It's not very convenient. There is a fruit stand in front of the entrance and a local family roasts fish, shrimp and potatoes in foil. Very tasty.

To me, there are so many people, it just looks like an overpopulated hotel. In general: if you want silence, then not here. But there are also advantages: close to the beach and, in principle, there is a 7/11 nearby, and a laundry, and many cafes.

Excellent condominium, good location, stylish rooms.
Terrible service!
We paid for the accommodation of 3 people, however, we were required to pay extra for the 3rd set of linen. And this is not a special case, but a common practice. It is quite expensive and tasteless in a restaurant. I do not recommend going to a massage in a condominium at all! Either they stroke you for a decent amount, or they press you wherever they go. For some reason, after the foot massage, the neck was pressed so that for 4 days there was an unbearable headache.
It is not possible to receive any linen or toilet paper after 19:00.
At the reception, they never helped in anything - the on-duty grin and refusal to any request

Great Condo, I liked it! It takes 20 minutes to waddle to the sea. The area is quiet, ideal with children. There are five swimming pools, taking into account the neighboring complex, its own fitness, massage, restaurant, work area.

The apartment complex is about 1 km from Nai Harn Beach - and this is their biggest advantage! The bed is comfortable, but the sofa is absolutely not adapted for sleeping - it is small and uncomfortable. The complex has a gym and several swimming pools. Of the cons: the complete lack of sound insulation between the rooms, you can hear absolutely everything that happens in the neighbors, and the nauseating smell of sewage when leaving the building. It may be suitable for a short period of time, if you have nothing against living in a hostel.

We were in early May. You should immediately understand that this is not a hotel. It's more of an apartment after all. Cleaning once a week, linen change as well. The walls are very thin. We first moved into a newer building in two-level apartments: it was cramped, very ascetic, and it was inconvenient to constantly run up the stairs. Then we moved into the building with sports.a gym and a swimming pool. The exit from our room was onto a patio with a swimming pool. The children's screams didn't bother us, so-OK. The gym is sooo tired, the shop is the same in a deplorable state, six exercise machines, well, so-so. We often visited the rooftop pool) there is a restaurant in the complex, but there are no breakfasts (included). It's a long way to the beach-20 minutes on foot. Overall, there are more advantages. The most important thing I liked was this part of the island. More lively: Karon, etc. caused a feeling of "Anapa".

"+" A new hotel, located a little away from the road, surrounded by greenery, well-maintained territory, quiet. The room is spacious, good water pressure, a comfortable bed with an excellent mattress, a kitchen with everything you need in the room. The hotel has delicious and varied breakfasts, always fresh fruits, decent coffee. Naiharn Beach is a 20-25 minute walk away.
"-" Poor room cleaning, bed linen has never been changed for 6 nights, there is no wet cleaning, they forget to put soap. Cleaning starts late at 13.00-14.00 in the afternoon, just people are returning from the beach, from the sun and want to relax (maybe intentionally?! so that tired tourists refuse to clean ...).
The water in the bathroom goes very badly, apparently there is a problem with the sewer, as there is a musty smell under the sink in the kitchenette.
Please note the deposit is ONLY in cash, either $ 100 or 3000 baht.

The problem with the water in the shower is that it doesn't go everywhere in all rooms, they can't do anything about it
I found an option to get to the beach, maybe information will help someone: from the neighboring hotel, it is bright pink red in color, the tracer departs every half hour and there is a market there, it is closer to seven eleven

Very nice hotel! The staff's wonderful attitude towards tourists. I liked everything, except for one thing, if I didn't have time to sign up for a free transfer to the sea, and the transport includes 10!!! Man, then your problem! Get there for a fee, or on foot 1.5 km.
