The Directorate of the Juventus Children's Center,
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service at your center during the festival among the institutions.
At the entrance to the hall where the festival was to take place, there were no signs or signs indicating the need to go on watch and sign up for a magazine. Perhaps it was worth providing more explicit signs for visitors.
Besides, after I was already in the performance hall, I was unpleasantly surprised that the janitor and the cleaner came up to me and began to express their displeasure about my passage without permission. In addition, the cleaner began to make inappropriate accusations and negative comments about me.
I ask you to take measures to improve the organization of events in your center so that such situations do not happen again, and so that your employees treat visitors with respect and courtesy.
