Divinely delicious food like in the best restaurants, huge portions and a very friendly waitress, as well as a nice interior, cleanliness, smells good, pleasant unobtrusive music. The toilet is also nice and clean. Yes, it's not the cheapest food, but it's so much fun!
We took three dishes - everything is great, the mushroom soup is absolutely mind-blowing!

Who hired the waiters at this establishment? Boorish attitude from time to time!
I came to an empty cafe and made an order with myself for takeaway, they said 40 minutes by time. After 45 minutes, I ask about readiness, the waitress with a dissatisfied face replies that 40 minutes have not passed yet. They do not give receipts when ordering with them, I could only show the time by SMS that I sent that I made an order. To which they replied that this was not true....
I ask how much longer to wait, with a dissatisfied face and the same voice they answer that they do not know. That they will prepare the hall first, and then they will start my orders. For a moment, it was already a full landing at this time.
The same situation happens to this waiter from time to time!

A great cafe, on 30.04.2024 we went to dinner with a friend, were satisfied, ordered tea, khachapuri and meat in Abkhazian (the meat was soft and melted in the mouth). Dinner for two cost us 1,600 rubles. We were served by a very nice girl.

We ordered shrimps in batter, borscht (brought with garlic, bacon, onion feathers), mushroom soup, mashed potatoes, some chicken rolls my husband ordered, Caesar with shrimps (a lot of shrimps, but for some reason there are no eggs, as if all over Abkhazia). We ate everything, everything is delicious. Нашли это замечательное кафе и весь остаток отпуска ходили только туда))) Готовят вкусно, порции большие, подача быстрая, персонал внимательный. Интерьер заведения симпатичный. Меню достаточно разнообразное, отличное соотношение цены и качества. Завтрак на двоих выходил в среднем на 850-870 рублей и это уже с 10% за обслуживание. (брали две порции блинчиков, яичницу с беконом и омлет + два кофе). Обед или ужин выходил на 1800-2000 на двоих (два горячих блюда, салатик и напитки).
Очень рекомендую данное заведение!

The only place in Gudauta that was ready to receive our large company (14 people!) for breakfast at 9:30 a.m. (and on the last day - even at 9 a.m.). Delicious breakfasts. The most delicate pancakes. By the way, take bay cherry jam with them, you won't regret it :)
A little advice (we got burned on our own experience): by default, all coffee is served with sugar. If you drink without sugar, let us know in advance.

Отличное место и для завтрака и для обедов с ужинами! Отдыхаем в Гудауте уже 2 недели , были много где, но в кафе Уют остались очень удивлены : и вкусно и красиво и большие порции и цена нормальная! Где в кафе еще можно выпить холодного вина по цене 350 р за бутылку? Теперь остальные две недели только в Уют!

I have been living in Abkhazia for 4 years, I have been to many places, but this place is the best, the menu, the atmosphere and most importantly the staff, there is not a single minus in my opinion, my wife is crazy about soup with meatballs, mushroom soup and steaks, and I am in love with their okroshka and fettuccine, if you are in Gudauta, be sure to stop by, you are warm they will meet you, feed you deliciously and spend a good time

Кафе отменное! Рекомендую всем обязательно к посещению! Вышли на него по хорошим отзывам и остались под впечатлением, так как до него мы не разу не могли нигде нормально покушать во всей Абхазии 😊 Заказали суп харчо, лодочку и салат оливье! Все съели до последней крошки 😁 Подача блюд также на высоком уровне и большие порции что немаловажно ☝️Вежливый персонал , очень приятная и уютная обстановка! В зале комфортная прохлада что особенно чувствуется в знойную жару! В общем мы остались довольны, и обязательно придём ещё и ещё !

Посетив кафе "Уют" мы остались приятно удивлены.Очень приятная атмосфера , уютно и вкусно.
Персонал кафе очень гостеприимный что немало важно в любом заведении.
Блюдо заказанное нами было приготовлена очень вкусно , можно сказать что повар любит свою работу и вкладывает всю свою душу !
Одним словом остались очень довольны!
Рекомендуем каждому это заведение !

Лучшее место в данном городе,
Цены не дорогие, порции большие. Подача на высоте, так же отдельное спасибо официанту, были 3 раза, 1 и та же девушка.
Очень вкусная карбонара.
Жили в Афоне, но проезжая Гудауту заезжали, для перекуса.

Хорошая кухня. По домашнему. Мучное прекрасно делают. Быстро и по ценам приятно-доступно. Я бы добавил пару-тройку горячих позиций для вегетарианцев, это даст стимул приходить чаще.

Приятное кафе. Хорошее обслуживание.. Меню не особо большое, но блюда вкусные. Обслуживает симпатичная девушка, она же бармен и администратор в одном лице.. Немного долго готовят блюда... Лучшее кафе в Бамборе.

Кафе в целом хорошее ,вкусная еда.Персонал -Аннушка официантка очень приветливая,приятная,летает ,а не ходит,а вот про другую такого сказать не могу-она мало того что путает заказы столов,еще и напрочь может забыть твой заказ,бывало ждешь свой заказ около часа.

Очень уютное и атмосферное место. Отдыхая в Гудауте, были 3 раза, причем после первого посещения решили, что семейный праздник придём отмечать именно сюда. Хочется придти снова. Порции еды огромные. Попробовали много блюд, ни одного нарекания. А выпечка…. её аромат сводит с ума, заказывали и лодочку, и хачапур, и пиццу. Обязательно рекомендую к посещению

Кухня в основном европейская, если можно так сказать.... Есть можно, но особых впечатлений не оставляет.
Готовят долго, обслуживают долго.... Тот состав продуктов который написан в меню, не всегда соответствует тому что реально положили в блюдо, с барной картой тоже самое.
Нельзя курить.
