The house is gorgeous, 2 floors, many rooms, very comfortable beds for sleeping. It's warm in the house, neat. Barbecue can be fried on site. You can feel the fresh air as soon as you get out of the car. We've been in this house 10 times.

We rented it for the new Year with a small company with children. The house is large, two-storey, fireplace, lots of beds, washing machine, sauna +, friendly owner (put up and decorated the Christmas tree, it was nice).
Upon arrival, the ice around the house was not removed or at least had to be sprinkled with sand (or salt), it was very difficult to walk, you could kill yourself. The house itself was dirty: dust, sand, leftovers from previous customers, the refrigerator was closed and turned off (it had not been washed before and, accordingly, a terrible smell emanated from the leftovers), I had to wash all the dishes and the refrigerator (they killed for more than an hour, there were no detergents by the way).
And the biggest minus is rats or mice, but there was mouse droppings in the cupboards in the kitchen (everywhere!, it would be difficult not to notice when cleaning), at night you could hear animals running along the ceiling, it was creepy.
The bathhouse is good, but the font did not work, and there was a lot of garbage around in the corners.
The main recommendations to the owners are to take time to clean up after the tenants, in fact it seemed that they just scored.

In general, one of the best offers in Vitebsk.
I stayed with my family for a few days.
The owner sincerely tried to create a good atmosphere.
In my opinion, a seasoned traveler's house is too expensive for a night out.
The beds creak (couples with children will understand me).
There are minor flaws - such as the dish dryer has rusted.
There were some old sneakers and someone's forgotten sneakers in the hallway.
I liked the plot.
The bathhouse is well heated.
If you come by the company, then all these little things do not bother. But if you have had a rich experience of renting houses with your family, then there is something to compare it with.

I liked everything, but there are shortcomings.Different dishes in color and for such an amount there is no sugar, tea and coffee. The owner is very responsive and will show and tell you everything.We will definitely come back again, but the bath is generally super there are no words.

A nice, spacious house for a large company. There is a sauna with a font, a gazebo, a barbecue on the territory. The house is not a bad repair, everything is there! Clean linen. Beautiful view of the river.
Why 4 stars: for such a price, tea and coffee should always be available at the meeting of guests, sugar and cream if possible (the rule of good etiquette), plus a holiday took place not long ago and balls and stretching from them remained in the living room. The toilet on the second floor did not work.
