We applied to an ophthalmologist for acute pain on 10/30.24 in the hospital at 12:00 a.m., they sent us from the emergency department, waited for an hour at that time, they held an adult man with a woman for an appointment, the question is what does an adult man do in a children's clinic???? We asked again, when will we be accepted? The answer was: I don't know if there will be a free window. In the end, we did not wait for a consultation, we applied for a fee.
We visited an orthopedic traumatologist Dashkevich. A wonderful doctor! He helped, figured out the problem and explained everything to us in an accessible way, unlike the doctors at the children's clinic, who simply waved their hand....
Whenever there was a need to seek advice about my children, I received help. It is not difficult to sign up. The doctors are professional, in addition, they explained it politely and intelligibly.
You can and should spend your time wisely and make an appointment with the right specialist. Even for a fee. The price is low, but they save you a lot of money and time. In my case, the doctors of private clinics prescribed a bunch of unnecessary tests, could not diagnose and sent them to the clinic. Where everything was explained, 1/3 of the huge list was assigned, which saved me time and money. If there are specialized doctors, then I will apply in the future.
A good clinic. We had an appointment with a neurologist, a good doctor. And by the way, a very nice woman was in the wardrobe, I was with a car seat, and she offered to leave it in the wardrobe)
The staff is just great))))) with great gratitude to the specialists of the surgical department) and special thanks to the head of the department, Sergey Borisovich Golubitsky, for the operation performed by his son at the highest level and the human approach))) and to Klimovich Roman Viktorovich, too, thank you for the postoperative recovery and care) good health to you all)))
Everything is fine, the medical registrar Trotsyuk Tatyana Alekseevna helped very quickly.
Natalia Vladimirovna Ishchuk, head of the polyclinic, also helped in solving the issue.
The nurses are friendly.
I consider it a great success to meet with the hematologist Nozdrin-Plotnitskaya Tamara Ivanovna! Such an attentive specialist is rarely lucky to meet. She remembers everything about the child from the first meeting, will not let go until all indicators are normal.
Thank you very much, Tamara Ivanovna!
The theater begins with a hanger, and here the negative attitude began with the help desk. The boorish and rude woman answered. She didn't provide any help. The answer was (literally): "What are you calling for?" I hope that the administration will see the review and explain what is included in the functional responsibilities of this service.
It is very difficult to find an entrance - one door with an emergency room. There are few changing tables 1 for the entire corridor, and next to the wardrobe there are none at all. The staff is competent and pleasant, even at the reception, which surprised me)
There are many specialists for children of a narrow profile, the cardiologist liked the doctor, but the gastroenterologist did not say anything useful at all.. ,the FNDS did an excellent doctor, the emergency room is also OK
To get through and postpone the ticket is just wasted time , I took a paid appointment with an orthopedic doctor . Everything is fine, I came and paid, there are no questions. But when it came to me that I wanted to take another paid appointment with an otolaryngologist, the registry office tried to send me to the doctor at my place of residence, and then they generally told me "What are you such a rich mother" one paid appointment, then another...to be honest, I am shocked by these statements. I correctly tried to convey that it is difficult to take a coupon and it is easier for me to come to pay (because I am a rich mother) in response to this, another lady with dark hair said "You talk like that, as if we had painted all the coupons " a very unpleasant aftertaste remained after visiting the clinic. I believe that every parent has the right to apply for a paid appointment and it is not worth sending him to the polyclinic at the place of residence and even more so counting his money.
We have been contacted repeatedly, not on our own initiative. I can't say I'm thrilled. But the work of some specialists wants to stay better. I was at an appointment by appointment (I took 2 coupons for two children) from ortaped, and the doctor, I want to note, took some relatives of an employee of the same clinic without a coupon in our time (they probably needed it more)...This kind of familiarity did not come to me openly from the word at all...our reception lasted 3 minutes (attention!!! For two children) and in response, only :-"Well, you know what you should do"...
Yes, I know, that's why I came as a fortune teller grandmother to make sure I was right with an appointment in 2 weeks))) I won't go there anymore unless I have to...I will only note that there are good girls at the reception desk who will tell you and explain.
The pediatric department staff is just terrible, the bedding is not changed, the windows are not opened for ventilation, the windows are not balanced in the shower, the staff just sucks in the dining room, the cleaner sees herself as the head of the department, so many cheap show-offs, for example. There are no questions for the channel
It is unrealistic to make an appointment with an immunologist. Getting through to the registry at 8 a.m. is like going through a war. It's busy until 12, then they don't pick up the phone. And after 12 they answer that they no longer have free time, call in a week. I haven't been able to get through and make an appointment for 4 weeks.
And why does the immunologist take it 1 time a week? The whole region is trying to get an appointment with a doctor who takes it 1 time a week. It's such a horror.
If you provide paid services, then please comply!!! There is no limit to my indignation!! I made an appointment with an ophthalmologist (I took a referral at the clinic so that the consultation would be free). They wrote me down to Maley, who did not tell me anything about my child's eyes, but wrote out a piece of paper and told me to come to the head on a certain day at 14:00. Arriving with a two-month-old child on the specified day, I find out that "Today the reception is paid!!! Are you ready to pay?" Well, I think where to go, I'll pay, I spent money on a taxi anyway. As a result, we had to go into the office to drip our eyes before the appointment, and when the nurse climbed to my child's eyes without treating his hands and without gloves, and even with long nails - this was the last straw!!!! Anyway, she packed up and left. I do not recommend this clinic!!!! If you provide paid services, then be kind enough to provide
A 2-year-old child was seriously ill with a crown, there were consequences with her nose, she practically does not breathe through her nose at night. We signed up for Shamrilo. We have been waiting for the recording for 3 weeks. The receptionist told me to come for you earlier. We arrived in 7 minutes. For example, as a result, we were 2 hours late!!! Minutes.we went into the office, and the nurse shouted, "this is the head, should he be waiting for you?" okay, I'm wrong, I'm late. The reception lasts an average of 10 minutes. he could have waited that time. But he was in a scrap for 2 minutes. Awful. It's just a terrible attitude. I won't go back there and I won't advise anyone. Shamrilo's doctor is so "super" busy that he couldn't wait 2 minutes!
Horror. I'm not going there anymore. The child had adenoids removed. Penal servitude is still the same. From 7 a.m. to 12 p.m., a 3-year-old child was kept hungry, without water. I understand it's necessary, but maybe you shouldn't schedule 10 operations a day? Or at least not to wake up at 7 in the morning! Then they were brought to the ward, the doctor was promised 2 times. No one came! The doctor did not come to examine the child after surgery and anesthesia! You need to know everything yourself, I walk. It's crazy. The attitude is like cattle, the nurses are stars. It's just awful. Sockets in the hallway. The phone cannot be charged. Full out. A healthy child in a girl with angina was brought into the ward. It's been like hell for 2 days. Upon arrival home, the child fell ill. I have not received a competent consultation. I did not see the doctor in my eyes, the intern "let go" the child at all. In short, do what you want, it's called. This is in short. If you want to save your nerves and possibly your life, go to paid clinics.
Excellent specialists. But there are ladies with the "watchman" syndrome sitting at the reception. In the absence of queues, they still need to earn leniency in order to clarify something or make an appointment.
We have been observing the child for 6 years. There were three operations. And I want to say a big thank you to the staff and personally to the surgeon S.B. Golubitsky!!!! A professional of the highest level!

Good specialists , the highest quality ultrasound in Brest
We visited the clinic as part of a paid medical examination program in the first grade. The doctors are friendly, responsive, excellent professionals! The medical examination took a little time and without queues! Many thanks to everyone who came up with and conducts this program in the clinic!
We were at a cardiologist's appointment, I really liked the doctor. A young man, a man of his business, vocation.
Everyone was polite, the queues were not long.
We have been on a paid basis several times. I liked everything, you pay for a specialist's consultation and come at your own time, no queues, everything is culturally and politely.
Honor and praise to those who continue to treat and save our children... Those who did not go to distant countries for normal payment of their labor, but stayed in our city to live and work...
Everything is as usual, but not enough specialists.

There are no complaints to the doctors, there are complaints to the management of the polyclinic, namely in the terrible organization of labor. Let me explain. First of all, getting through to the registry is like winning the lottery. But even with a personal visit to the clinic, all attempts to make an appointment with an ophthalmologist are in vain. For the first appointment (paid) we signed up with grief in half, the doctor got a good one, prescribed temporary glasses and told us to sign up again in a month. Exactly a month later, we came to make an appointment, but we were told that the doctor would be on vacation until July 13, "but you call and make an appointment on the 14th, because we don't know if the vacation will be extended" (apparently there is free work) Well. They called, but they couldn't make an appointment. As it turned out, everything has already been scheduled until September, and on September 8, the doctor goes on vacation until October 2. This song is good - start over!!! That is, we need to arrive on the 2nd, preferably early, to enroll the child to the doctor. No, don't think I'm not lazy at all, but even arriving on the 2nd of October is far from the fact that you will make an appointment for a child. If your time is precious to you, look for another clinic. To summarize. In 4 months, the doctor went on vacation 2 times and left for training 1 time, which is a total of 2 months. If you don't have enough staff, then I think this is a flaw in the head physician.
