We went with the child to the interdistrict ophthalmology office for treatment. Thanks to the doctors, the 6-year-old child really enjoyed the classes and the good-natured warm attitude. My eyesight has improved.
But an appointment with poor doctors is not to be envied! They receive patients and treat others at the same time. That is, while one is being treated on the equipment, at the same time other patients are being admitted, two different patients receive different care or diagnosis at once per unit of time. Of course, it's not very pleasant when you're supposed to be taking care of your child, but in fact, several other people are visiting the same doctor at the same time. Naturally, my child, who is receiving treatment, is distracted, either by a screaming baby, or by a teenager loudly reading letters to test his knowledge. And this is not an isolated coincidence, but throughout all three weeks of our visits, but this is a question for the administration.
The clinic and the doctors are very good. The only negative, like all Polyclinics, is the time of admission for sick leave and certificates. There is not enough automation. It might be worth making an electronic queue. Because there are a lot of people behind the part. Someone leaves without waiting and the queue is lost. I understand that there may not be enough doctors. But it would be great to have a separate office for receiving sick leave and certificates. So that people and children who have already recovered do not come into contact with the sick. And so everything is super
There is a good clinic in terms of dentistry, but we do not work here for the other part. The head of the dental department is responsive and always solves any problem. So to speak, everything is for children and their parents. The doctors are also nice and friendly, thanks for the individual approach to the children.
