Many thanks to Olga Vladimirovna Sikorskaya and, in general, to all the staff of the 2nd department, including the nurses, for their care, human attitude and high professionalism. It's so nice that you can still find this in a free hospital. I was very pleased that each ward has its own toilet, shower and bidet. The hospital is clean, no foreign odors. And in the wards, almost every bed has an outlet. And the food is not bad in comparison with other hospitals. I hope I won't have to come back anymore, but if I do, then only here)
She was undergoing elective surgery in the 3rd department of this hospital
I would like to express my gratitude to all the medical staff and especially note the professionalism of the head of the department Ilyyuk Zh.N. and the sensitive attitude to patients of the head of the intensive care unit Kukhta A.L. The hospital is very comfortable (as far as possible, of course),clean, well equipped -in each ward there is a shower, bidet, toilet, etc.,amenities All staff starting from doctors and ending with nurses and lunch distributors in the dining room, he is very attentive and polite
A very good physiotherapy room (rehabilitation takes place quickly), a cool reflexologist Makarevich Yu.
It 's just that everyone is doing great!
Thank you very much!
Many THANKS for the golden hands of the gynecologist Tatiana Ivanovna Chesak, the anesthesiologist and all the medical staff, nurses (ward 205), cooks of the 2nd gynecological department! I bow low to you and thank you very much for your professionalism and respect for sick patients. The hospital is very good. Merry Christmas to you! Good health to you and your families in the New Year 2025!
Dear doctors, nurses, nurses and all the medical staff of the 5th floor of the City Hospital!
From the bottom of my heart, I would like to express my deep gratitude to you for your professionalism, care and attention that you show every day, helping people return to a healthy life.
Your work is not just a job, but a real vocation. You face the pain and suffering of patients on a daily basis, but at the same time you find the strength to support them, giving them hope for recovery. Your knowledge, experience, and kind attitude help you cope with even the most difficult situations.
I would like to say a special thank you to the doctors who perform complex operations and procedures, save lives and restore health. Nurses who monitor the condition of patients around the clock, perform all necessary manipulations and are always ready to help. Nurses, who help the wards stay clean and cozy, creating comfortable conditions for treatment.
You are the real heroes of our time! Your work deserves the highest respect and recognition. Thank you for what you are, for your dedication and love for people.
According to the referral from the polyclinic, she was in the department No. 1 of the hospital from 07/29/2024 to 07/31/2024. Excellent repair, new equipment, excellent doctors and medical staff! I was examined twice in the office No. 104 "Pathology of the cervix" - all at a high professional level, and besides - attention, care, support! Many thanks to the attending physician Revenko Ekaterina Mikhailovna and the nurses at the post, the work is well coordinated! But the anesthesiologist amazed me - before the operation on July 30, she decided to talk to her aunt on the phone and simultaneously treat her hand and inject intravenous anesthesia - of course she did not get into a vein, fussed, put down the phone and again did not get into the vein of the right hand, moved to the left hand and finally got on the third time. The entire surgical team waited in silence and looked at this mess (the surgeon had already begun to process the operation area...), tears were streaming down my face from the pain - I'm not a rubber mannequin... I woke up in the ward. Impressions will last a lifetime!
If you have endometriosis, and the Endometriosis Center in the hospital is your last hope for alternative treatments, then unfortunately I will disappoint you. Even if you have a difficult case and the disease is progressing, you will not be offered surgery — you should not count on it. The treatment is standard: aGnRG and Diegonest drugs, nothing new and unusual. Of course, the "option" is to get pregnant, and supposedly everything will pass. At the same time, the risks associated with pregnancy are of no interest to anyone.
In order to get a referral to the clinic and get an appointment, you need to take additional tests and undergo examinations (ultrasound and others), which will cost 400 rubles. Of course, theoretically, all this can be done for free if your clinic has reagents (which, as a rule, are not available) and waiting time. You can sign up from 13:00 to 14:00, but getting through is a whole quest. The reception is always delayed, and you can sit in line for an hour because people come without an appointment. In general, the organization is on the verge of chaos.
Then you will need to undergo a 3D ultrasound, which can only be done at this center. There are also problems with recording: one day is given for recording and one hour can be called on that day, try to get through, I got through for the second week and then 5 minutes before the recording closes. And you also need to adjust to the cycle, as it were. The cost of ultrasound is higher than in some well-known medical centers, where you do not need to wait for hours on your phone to make an appointment.
The staff is quite indifferent, and it seems that they are doing everything so that you do not apply anymore. The severity of endometriosis in the center is underestimated. Doctors do not explain the consequences of the disease, the quality of life deteriorates, vital organs are affected. It is important to understand that you will have to study the problem yourself, because no doctor will do it for you.
In general, I advise you not to waste time (and you will lose at least a month here) and funds for this center. It is better to look for specialists abroad who really know how to operate on endometriosis and understand the severity of the disease, rather than treating endometriosis with pregnancy, which can already be quite risky for both you and the fetus.
THE HORROR! This is the exact word that I experienced in this hospital in 2020. Yes, and still does not let go.
In February 2020, there was a hysteroscopy with polyp removal. I went in a paid order. Not only was I admitted penultimate on the second day of hospitalization, although I arrived at the hospital by 8 a.m. on Thursday and stayed in the waiting room until 12, because the deputy. the head doctor put my card at the very bottom of the stack, apparently lobbying for the interests of other patients, and the next day (Friday) they took me penultimate, after those who arrived on the same day. For three days, of course, I didn't eat anything.
BUT these were flowers, berries began later, when they LOST me - they did not take me out of anesthesia and forgot, i.e. two hours after the operation, a nurse who accidentally came into the ward ran to look for me. They found him with a nurse somewhere - they did not admit where: either in the operating room (dressing room) or in the intensive care unit - the indications differed. They brought me in and left me in an inadequate state, but I was already conscious. From the look of it, it was clear that I was very ill (this is from the story of the neighbors) - my complexion was whiter than a sheet, nausea, vomiting, high fever, I was shaking very much. Two hours later, the nurse remembered that she had not changed the bed in the next bed, went in - saw the picture and again ran with the nurse to look for doctors. The torment and pain during this time were unbearable. Because the working day has already ended - none of the doctors came to me, of course. They were injected with nausea and vomiting, took a blood test, which was not very good. I was admitted to the hospital healthy. Late in the evening, the manager called me for an examination - I was still walking along the wall. He asked the nurse what happened - she did not admit and lied that everything was as usual. I lay there for another 4 days after the operation and, on my own responsibility, went home with a fever to cry - because it was HELL. The attending physician seemed not to know and did not deal with all this, well, she did not operate, and she did not even mention the names of the doctors who were at the operation and were responsible.
Of course, I should have gone straight to the head doctor and dealt with such negligence, but I had no strength, either moral or physical.
Only after experiencing two more anesthesia and getting out of them, even in a state institution with normal medical staff, do you understand what blasphemy and inattention there was in this "hospital". I regret that I went there, it would have been better to go to a paid clinic, because recovery from such "doctors" took me at least six months and a lot of money at that time. And it's still cold.
As a result, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT and I really want as many people as possible to find out about this institution. More or less, they only look at their own people. The conveyor belt treats everyone else without sympathy and attention.
She was in the hospital for 11 days on preservation, with a diagnosis of retrochorial hematoma. I got to the 3rd floor, 2nd department. The doctors are good, the nurses are attentive, everyone is friendly, the hospital is clean and tidy, we had a ward for 5 people, quite spacious, each bed has its own light and socket. Toilet, shower and bidet - everything is available. I also liked the dining room, except for one person who works there (unfortunately I didn't look at her last name), the disgusting attitude towards girls who are already not happy that they are in the hospital for various reasons.
According to the treatment, everything is clear, if necessary, corrects as I stay, I was initially prescribed injections, by the end I was transferred to candles, because the 5th point was already bruised and sore, they conducted an examination (took tests, did an ultrasound, a cardiogram) everything is as it should be. Closer to discharge, they did a second ultrasound and said that there was no more hematoma, the pregnancy was progressing, many thanks to everyone involved in my recovery. Good health to all!
I was in this hospital in February-March 2024.
I have not been in hospitals for a long time, so
next will be my personal opinion.
I was lying in a ward for 5 people (there are others for 1-2 people). It is spacious, clean, each bed has bedside tables, a common table, chairs, there is a low light. The mattress and pillow are not too soft, but for someone it is on the contrary good. Heat. Cleaning every day. Each ward has its own toilet, shower, and bidet.
There are several refrigerators in the corridors, and there is a TV.
The dining room is really delicious, the food is simple (of course, this is a hospital), hearty and varied, there is a division by "tables". I ate everything that was prepared for us. Good-natured female chefs (Natalia is very memorable, and everyone there is smart).
There is a buffet with pastries, tea, coffee, chocolates and cottage cheese.
Polite attitude on the part of all hospital staff, without exception.
I can only remember everyone with a kind word.
Bottom line: I want all state hospitals to be at the same level, seriously. You can go higher, there is no limit, and I was in a free room. But this is the necessary level of comfort that a woman (and any person) needs if she has to stay in the hospital for more than 1 day.
I wish the institution further prosperity and development.
Good health to all!
The best hospital experience, highly professional doctors, friendly nurses, clean and tidy rooms with all amenities. Thank you so much for the surgical examination, 2nd gynecological department ❤❤❤❤❤
She was in the hospital from 25.04 to 02.05 for elective surgery. The hospital is just on top, doctors with Golden hands work in it, in particular, I can note the head. gynecologist. ed. 2 Fedorkova A. Ch. and head of department. anaesthesiology and intensive care Kukhta A. L., who performed the operation on me (I always thought that male doctors were more gentle, attentive), such doctors are not afraid to put their lives in their hands. I would like to note the work of the staff, starting from the nurses to the attending doctors, all friendly, kind, I support you. The conditions are comfortable, even though it is a state institution. The food in the dining room is very tasty and satisfying. Those who write negative reviews can be told "Who is not mistaken, he does not work."
From the bottom of my heart, I would like to express my gratitude to all the medical staff for their hard work, high professionalism, kind-hearted attitude and care. Special thanks to hrvchu I.K. Zanovskaya, as well as to the chief physician A. I. Beach
. I have not seen such an attitude towards patients for a long time, it was felt that in this hospital they sincerely want to help you.
The wards are neat and clean . Thanks for everything
There was no worse attitude anywhere.
I arrived at 8 a.m., after registration, I even waited out of turn for 2 hours until they settled into the ward on packages in the corridor.I found myself in the ward only after the 12th day .Before the operation, the doctor in a harsh manner and manner of speech reminded of all the terrible possible consequences .When asked about anesthesia , I was also told to read the papers that were given to sign .After the operation , they were unloaded into the ward .I remember saying without strength that I was dizzy, they just removed the pillow and no one else came all day. (The operation itself was paid and consultations with doctors)When I got out of anesthesia, I had to get up myself through the pain to reach my clothes with the blood flowing out at that moment and remove the ice that had melted and take the diapers in the blood to them for washing . The very next day, another doctor examined me and immediately sent me for an ultrasound, and on Saturday, the next day, I was told that I could go home. The whole department was preparing for a vacation with VT and what's wrong with me and how no one cares. The hospital itself looks good and yes there is a shower and a restroom for each ward, but they do not close, they can enter you . But the attitude of doctors leaves much to be desired!
We would like to express our gratitude to the staff and staff of the UZ City Gynecological Hospital. From 01/25/2024, they were lying in the 2nd in ward 203. We are very grateful to the chief physician of the Beach, Alexander Ilyich, for organizing work in this institution, for a professional well-coordinated team, for personal participation, emotional support and assistance to each patient who applied. We are very grateful to Natalia Petrovna Astapova for her sensitivity, professionalism and human attitude towards patients. Special thanks to the junior medical staff for maintaining impeccable cleanliness in the wards, in the corridors, in the sanitary rooms.
The food in the institution is very tasty, balanced and varied.

If it were possible to set 0, then I would. But if this is not possible, then let the check-in be for delicious hospital food and cleanliness.
There are all sorts of situations in life and no one is immune from some mistakes, so I had to visit this place recently in order to have a medical abortion. The procedure and everything related, of course, is paid, but this is nonsense. The most unpleasant staff is what worries me more. Everyone thought it appropriate to give me a lecture on what is possible and what is not, to give advice. Although, it seems, I didn't pay for it and didn't need it.
I was lying in a paid ward. Although I still didn't understand what distinguishes it from free. Apparently, only the absence of neighbors. The cold was terrible. I wanted to sleep in my pants and a sweatshirt at night. There are 2 sets of dishes in the ward, but you have to go to the dining room with everyone from the same iron plates as everyone else. The essence of the dishes is not disclosed. There is toilet paper and paper towels. However, the paper looks as if it just remained from the previous "owners". After the "procedure", the staff came in as many as 0 times! Until I called the nurse myself 3 hours later, because I didn't even know if I could get up, drink, etc. And the phone was dead. That's why I missed dinner, because I didn't even know about it, and in the evening I was just offered to "eat my food from the locker."I wonder how they come to the free wards then, and if they come at all. You need to run around and clarify all the information yourself, no one will come and warn you about anything. Perhaps this attitude only applies to those who do such "procedures". After all, everything was done reluctantly and as slowly as possible. The next day during the examination, when I squeaked in pain, the doctor thought it appropriate to say, "well, you shouldn't have had an abortion."
The hospital is not bad, only the staff is bad. Rude and tactless staff.
Recording for ultrasound is carried out only on Mondays from 8 to 9 am. It is impossible to get through!!! More than 50 attempts were made in half an hour. This is a complete lack of interest in patients.
She was in the hospital for a total of 16 days with two visits in March and April. A large complex operation.
I would like to note that I have not visited state medical institutions for many years, I can be called picky in terms of providing medical care.
At the time of getting the first consultation at the Endometriosis Center, more than one consultation was held in private centers. Objective help was received - 0. With the exception of one consultation with one talented surgeon, but we will talk about him below.
The first impression of the hospital building itself is not very similar to the hospital. In a good and only good way. There is no oppressive atmosphere, the building is architecturally atypical in general, it does not cause despondency. Cleanliness, order, the staff suggested where everything was, politely, friendly. I have been a boss for 15 years and my experience allows me to immediately see which place is which boss. Everything always starts from the top. In this hospital, the owner's hand is immediately visible. Beach Alexander Ilyich, in addition to being personally disposed, is clearly a good boss :)
The endometriosis Center. If I had previously met doctors like Alla Dmitrieva, I would have been healthy for a long time. A doctor whom you remember with great warmth and gratitude. Everything that needs to be done will tell you why it needs to be done, where it is better. After the first reception, it was clear that they would definitely help here. Alla Borisovna showed great participation in the period of preparation for the operation, for which I am sincerely grateful to her. But not just her. It so happened that the most recent tests required for hospitalization were delayed due to the workload in the laboratory. I am a girl from the category of strong and independent, it is difficult to unsettle me with something, but then I caught a panic. And since I can't panic, Anastasia, Alla Borisovna's assistant, got it. Let her forgive me for my little fuss then, a beautiful girl, thank her very much for her help :)
4 ultrasound at Inessa Vyacheslavovna Turk - now only to her. Unconditionally. The best.
Colposcopy: I did it for the first time, in the same hospital with Lyudmila Adamovna Makeeva. Even when she was lying on the ward, the girls from the ward went to her for the same procedure. There is one opinion in one voice: Lyudmila Adamovna will explain everything, a polite, experienced doctor, to whom you can safely ask questions and she will also calmly answer them.
And now the fly in the ointment. I don't like to criticize people just because I believe that everyone can grow and develop. If he wants to. And where it's bad today, tomorrow it can get better, and the day after tomorrow it's good. For 15 years I have been working with people in their flow, which is similar to the admissions office. When dozens of different people come to you during the day. And I am demanding both to myself and to my team: when you come to work, work, leave all problems and hyAkter on the street and work with people thoroughly. I won't give you my full name, but I still believe that the girl will catch up... The head of the admissions department. Twice I had the opportunity to observe her work and manner of communication. Take an example from the head physician, it makes sense to take an example from his smile alone.
Now about the arrival at the department. Both times the ward was 2nd, the first time it was on the second floor, then on the 3rd.
The first thing I want to say is the work of the nurses. All well done, always hard at work, but at the same time in a good mood. How and what to do before the operation, after, when you can get up, even the time when you can start drinking - helped to control. Unfortunately, I do not know the name and patronymic of the female nurse, who defended the day on my shift at the hospital, the next day she had an operation, and the next day she was already at work on a positive and with a soul. These are our women, they can do anything! Natalia Alexandrovna, thank you from the bottom of my heart for always smiling, positive attitude and quick work, a good person!
The girls on the posts: everyone is trying, there are straight smart guys, most of them are friendly.
Intensive care unit: I can make a mistake with the name of the girl whose shift I was lying there, a pretty blonde, if I heard correctly, is Alexandra. Thank you very much, the girls in the intensive care unit are all the kindest, I can only say good things myself and I have heard kind words from my roommates.
Anesthesiologist: a beautiful, spectacular brunette, I don't know her name, unfortunately. She put me to sleep instantly, no pictures bothered me, a calm emptiness. Then her pleasant voice and gentle withdrawal from anesthesia. No nausea, discomfort - clarity of mind returned smoothly.
Kiselevskaya Alisa Yuryevna: my attending physician is on the 2nd floor of the department. Well, what can I say: a positive smart girl and just beautiful :) Alice Yurievna actually works fast, answers questions and requests, always with a smile. A very energetic girl, I saw myself in her, I sincerely wish her success, growth, and good luck on her chosen path!
Vladimir Ivanovich Duda has consulted more than once. Well, calmness and benevolence emanate from him, it charges for recovery.
And three such different, but talented surgeons who performed my operation:
Dmitry Vladimirovich Tolpyga - well, the most brutal surgeon, by God :) He saved my intestines, thanks to him I can eat any food again. Before the operation, I was already living on water and glazed cheeses... Before the operation, he told me all the possible options for the development of the situation, everything is clear and detailed. I went to the operation with a clear understanding of the picture, so there was no panic in this part, nor a cloud of questions.
Vitaly Viktorovich Metlitsky. I wouldn't even have a page here, if I said it all. In the beginning, remember, I wrote: except for one talented surgeon. This surgeon was Vitaly Viktorovich. The person who helped me learn about the endometriosis center. He also put an end to this issue by conducting an operation with colleagues.
When it became obvious that all my trips to the doctors did not give results, and my condition worsened, people close to me began to turn to their friends with requests for help. That's how I found out about Vitaly Viktorovich. It's one thing when you read reviews on the Internet, and another when doctors speak with one voice: "to him urgently!". And after the first consultation with him, I didn't want any other surgeon. But I'll tell you: Life was ruthless, until the last minute I didn't know if he would operate on me! And to the last in the truest sense!
I knew for sure that Alexey Cheslavovich and Dmitry Vladimirovich would operate, they came in before the operation and encouraged me. Honestly, I was nervous. I don't have any children. But I really, really want to give birth. And it was extremely important to me that the operation went flawlessly. I hoped that all three of them, the best three, would work together. Vitaly Viktorovich did not appear and I humbly stomped into the operating room. I was already laid down and prepared, and I was about to switch off when I heard this incredibly positive voice:)) Everything, all thoughts, all fears were gone, I realized in a second that I was in the hands of three masters, and calmly switched off. She also calmly came to her senses, there were no questions about how it went, she knew that they had exactly done everything as needed.
Master. And that says it all. Ask - he will tell you everything from beginning to end. He is fast, clear, an excellent specialist and a wonderful person.
Fedorkov Alexey Cheslavovich. You know... to the devil's subordination. The first doctor in my life whom I would hug tightly. He took care of me before the operation, and also after... And although, as a result, my second admission to the hospital turned out to be not in the field of gynecology, Alexey Cheslavovich took up the issue, organized the necessary consultations, and scheduled examinations to identify the cause. Thanks to him, I got into the hands of an excellent doctor in another hospital from his department and they immediately started helping me there. I can't imagine with the pain that I had, where and how long I would have walked myself before I got help. The kindest man with a big heart and golden hands. I wish him good health, well-being and sincere people on the way!
Total: thanks to the efforts of the entire team and Alexander Ilyich, the hospital is not a hospital at all. A place where they help.
I was lying for the second time, in the 1st department of the hospital, on the 4th floor.
The staff is very pleasant and courteous, starting from the waiting room and ending with the department.
The department is clean and tidy. Each room has a shower room, a bidet, a toilet.
Thank you.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to the gynecologist Astapova Natalia Petrovna.Thank you for your professionalism and care! Good luck to you in your titanic work!
And also a huge thank you to all the medical staff of the 1st gynecological department for their polite and patient attitude with patients.
I recommend UZ "GGB" for its competence and professionalism! Thanks!
I want to express my great sincere admiration to all the staff of this hospital! Doctors, nurses, cleaning staff, cloakroom attendants are incredibly attentive people. I got to the hospital by ambulance. I was received very kindly. They gave me a bathrobe, slippers, and smiled. The attitude is careful. You feel protected. No need to run around and look for staff. They remember everything themselves, come and remind you of what is necessary. I stayed in the hospital for a day and only got a super attitude that you won't find even for a lot of money. The tests are fast, everyone is polite, they go to a meeting. Unfortunately, I didn't remember all of them, but I really want to thank the management for such wonderful employees and staff for the fact that, in general, in such a stressful place as a hospital, you feel calm. And I would like to thank the nurses at the post of the 3rd department separately. In my direction, I saw only help, smiles and affectionate treatment "bunny, everything will be fine"
She was treated from January 27 to February 1, 2023. Emergency blood transfusion was provided quickly and promptly. Thank you very much honey.to the staff and doctors for their attentive and kind attitude! Thank you for the competent advice of the head. the department of Kondrashov Svetlana Pavlovna! Thanks to her, I was able to understand and figure out what to do next. She took with her pleasant memories of attentive attitude, qualified help and kind participation. Thanks!!!

The disgusting attitude of male doctors towards patients, first of all doctor Metlitsky V.V. Rudeness, disrespect, unwillingness to help and explain, and the words "contact a private center" is what I will remember this hospital for. No recommendations or appointments, rudeness and attempts to leave as soon as possible for any questions.
She was lying after a band surgery from December 8 to December 11, 2023.Thank you all honey.to the nurses of the 2nd ward of the intensive care unit! They are very attentive and caring, masters of their craft! Thanks again!
She was in the hospital in the second genicological department from 03/23/2022 to 03/28/2022.
The impressions were very good. Thanks a lot to the surgeons who performed diagnostic laparoscopy, to the anesthesiologist (which was done by magic anesthesia, after which there was no hard exit and nausea). Even while in the operating room, everyone who was there tried to cheer, make fun and not let them be afraid.
Thank you very much to the nurse MARIA, who answered all my stupid questions 300 times, helped me get up and did everything so that I did not fall after the operation, made sure that I drank when it was possible and scolded when it was impossible. I have not seen such a careful attitude in more than one paid clinic!
She was lying in the second compartment. They did a laparoscopy, everything went well. I thank God that I came here. Qualified doctors explain everything in detail. The staff works harmoniously: from doctors to nurses. Good repair, as if you are not in the hospital, the food is delicious and satisfying.
She operated on an endometrial polyp on 04/07/2023 in the 2nd ward.
Many thanks to the attending physician I.K. Zanovskaya and the surgeon
V.V. Metlitsky - golden hands!!!I wanted to have surgery with him and
I was lucky enough to get on his shift! The staff was attentive and
helpful, provided the necessary assistance day and night. Special
thanks to our chef (the dining room on the 3rd floor for the 2nd department), the woman
with dark hair, unfortunately, did not ask for a name - she cooks with her soul 👌
From the bottom of my heart, I express my sincere gratitude to the doctors Guzova V.N. and Bukatich O.A. for an excellent operation, as well as professionalism, cordial warmth and friendly attitude towards patients.
Many thanks to the entire staff of the 2nd department of the hospital, headed by the heads (Fedorkov A.Ch, Mavrecheva L.A), the department of anesthesiology and intensive care for the conscientious performance of their duties.
I would like to express my special gratitude to the junior medical staff for the cleanliness and comfort, comfortable stay during treatment, attentive care and sensitive attitude to patients.
I sincerely wish you good health and success in your necessary and demanded work!
Here I read the reviews, and the feeling is that either the reviews are being screwed up, or we are used to the attitude with greetings from the scoop.
So, let's get started. I've been lying here for the third time. I give a C grade rather for the fact that everything seems to have been done, there seem to be no complications and we tried to communicate in a friendly way.
Go. For the first time in 2017 by ambulance, everything was great that time.
I came here for the second and third time in 2022 in the direction of. That's when the circus started.
I will not tell you how long I sat and waited for them to register me, in principle it was not critical, everyone was waiting and I will wait, although it added to the excitement. I will only mention that the examination room with an armchair is one for 2 reception rooms and if hypothetically 2 doors are opened at the same time, then people in the waiting room will be able to see how you are being examined. Or the person from the next office, if the door is not closed.
The first race this year. I should have done a cervical biopsy. The first floor, an office on the outskirts, apparently so that the hysterics of the patients could not be heard. Why? Yes, because no one offered general anesthesia, and everything was done under "local anesthesia". Again, why? But because it has the best equipment. It can be seen that it is a problem to put such equipment in the operating room. For a better understanding, spray yourself with ice cream on your mucous membrane (spoiler: you won't like it). I must say right away, local anesthesia of this kind does not really help, so consider that they will do everything live. But that's not the point either. If it suddenly hurts you, or your breathing becomes faster, or God forbid you somehow show that you are not comfortable - you will be told "what a circus you have arranged here, as if you gave birth to three" pulling the mirror with each manipulation and adding "if you twitch, you will have to redo everything." So, ladies, relax and have fun.
Then there is general anesthesia, cleaning and then everything is relatively normal, they even came to check on me.
The second race. He probably encouraged me to write a review.
Counting on one paid procedure, do not forget about the accompanying paid research. If you need any intervention, then multiply the price list from the site by 2, because there will be additional research and they will be paid.
I came to the ward. I will keep silent (no) about the fact that my "hello" was ignored in the ward. When I checked in, I thought that I had only a bed at my disposal. Then it turned out that the bedside table was also there, but for some reason it was occupied by the neighbor's things on top. In general, I didn't like it there much, I asked for a paid room.
2 beds, a TV, a refrigerator, a kettle and even a wardrobe for outerwear, everything is at your disposal, be chic and do not deny yourself anything.
At the post, I was told that 17-18 rubles would be released per day (per night). Don't listen, and always check the price list, so that you don't ask "why the amount is different"
Later it's more fun, after anesthesia they brought you to the ward. I started to have pain, which made me unable to sleep. While my neighbor was brought in, I asked for painkillers, to which they replied that they had already put a candle on, everything was fine. OK, I lie for an hour and realize that I will not fall asleep with such success, the pain does not subside.
I started trying to use the "intercom" next to the bed. One, two, five, the effect is 0. I dragged myself to the post in a half-bent position, and they tell me that I can't get up yet. (Wow, I didn't know that.) I say that I tried to call you on the "intercom", but there was no effect, to which they replied, "Oh, yes, they don't work." Chic, glitter, a paid ward, no one will come in especially after anesthesia and the staff call device does not work either.
Next, I was told that I need to go for a razor laser. Well, OK, let's go. On the spot, they tell me, "are you aware that the procedure is paid?". No one talked about it until the procedure itself.
As you, my dear readers, have managed to understand - in fact, almost all of my stay was suddenly paid, but apparently even this does not matter.
On the subject of nutrition, if you've been wanting to go on a diet for a long time, you're at the right place. You can eat, but it's very sad.
I would like to add that I have also been to hospitals in much smaller cities. And strangely enough, for some reason the attitude there was more humane, and no one was rude, and there were no rooms for 2-3 people, and there were no problems with calling the staff. If this is really the best hospital in Minsk, I'm afraid to imagine the worst.
Do you smoke and have no contraindications to it? But be patient. Even if you are a smoker with 10-20-30 years of experience. And in general, if you smoke, the wounds will not heal (this is the first time I heard such nonsense. How many tattoos have I already done - there have never been any questions, but here they will begin)
Do you want to see your husband? But no, he will definitely bring you a crown and send you to another hospital. And it doesn't matter that, unlike the staff, the husband stays at home, uses food delivery and drives a car, not a public one.
What are our results? It's simple, be patient, take more finances with you and don't smoke. Don't go out with guys and get married.
That's it, thanks if you read to the end.
Wonderful staff! Everything is perfectly organized! Fast and clear! A high level of hospital in technical terms! The prices are pleasant for paid services. Thanks!
I would like to sincerely congratulate the staff of the hospital on the upcoming New Year, wish them good health, personal happiness, a lot of strength and energy in noble and hard work!
We would like to express our special gratitude and low bow to the head of the 3rd infectious diseases department Ilyyuk Zh.N. and the attending physician Shchutskaya E.V.
It so happened that at the same time my husband and I were treated for coronavirus by these specialists. These are doctors from God, the highest professionals!
We are very grateful to them for their professional help and caring attitude!
You forget that this is a hospital-clean, comfortable, excellent food, polite medical staff. Professionalism is at the top of everyone, from doctors to nurses.
With great respect to you,
Makei Inna Vasilyevna
Makei Viktor Vladimirovich.
On July 7, 2022, I was admitted by ambulance to the hospital on Sennitskaya. I had an emergency operation. I was very lucky that I got into the 3rd department, where Ilyyuk Zhanna Nikolaevna works as the head. I would like to note the very well-coordinated, precise work of the whole team and the affectionate attitude towards people. You know how vulnerable women feel in such situations. With great gratitude, Thank you for your kindness and professionalism! Thanks to them, I survived.
I was struck by the accuracy of ultrasound diagnostics in the hospital right before the operation (before that I did it in 4 different clinics and the data in them were not accurate). Now I will do an ultrasound only here.
Girls, don't be afraid, don't walk like me to the last, it's better to contact us immediately if you have a problem! This hospital is in no way inferior to the latest modern clinics. She's so neat, clean, and brand new! All the girls had cosmetic self-absorbable stitches, they were anesthetized without any problems, everything went better than I could have imagined, although I had a very bad situation because I started my own health.
In the period from 11.03 to 03/24/20222 she was in the 3rd gynecological department. The impressions are only the best. Starting from the attitude of the doctors to the cleanliness in the ward (if it weren't for worries about health problems, you would think that you were in a sanatorium)
Thanks a lot to everyone who worked during this period. To all the doctors in the operating room for their moral support and professionalism, to the nurses for their attentive approach, to the technical staff for cleanliness and encouraging conversations, to the kitchen workers for delicious food and humor with which we were greeted and escorted.
Special thanks to the attending physician Natalia Petrovna Astapova for her sensitive, attentive and careful attitude. All questions, all worries were removed after talking to her. A true professional and a sensitive person.
I am very grateful to all the hospital staff with whom I communicated during my hospitalization (2 days). You even forget that this is a hospital - comfortable, clean, there is no smell characteristic of a hospital, the staff is really polite. She was lying in a paid ward. The only caveat is the long waiting time for registration in the waiting room, due to the large flow of women - I arrived at 08:00, I was in the ward at 11:15. But it is clear that the employees are trying very hard to speed up this process, cultured and understanding. All medical manipulations were performed professionally. The food is good, the junior medical staff (nurses) are very polite and empathetic. I recommend this hospital. Many thanks to you!
Good afternoon. I want to leave an endless number of thanks. Yesterday's shift on 07/19/2022 of the admission department, and I express my great gratitude to the head of the department, a high professional (who in May 2021 gave me a L/P, and accompanies me as a patient to this day - Gordeyuk Ekaterina Evgenievna) What smart guys they are, and just high-level and professional in their competence, everyone is at their post. The hospital has an incredibly high standard. Thank you.
The doctors' actions saved my life! I am very grateful to all the staff. Everyone's attitude is very polite, friendly, caring. Professionalism is at the top of everyone, from nurses to doctors. The rooms are cozy, everything is new and clean. It is pleasant and comfortable everywhere. The food is very varied and delicious, you can't cook like that at home :) Many thanks for everything.
Good morning....She was in the hospital from 07/27/2022 to 1.08.2022.. on the second floor...there was a planned operation.... thank you very much..to the doctors.. the head of the department....the staff of the operating room and the intensive care unit... the relationship is good... many thanks to the surgeon... everything went well.... many thanks to the nurses...
I was admitted to this "hospital", with suspicion of ectopic pregnancy, on the day when I was admitted, I immediately had a puncture to accelerate the ectopic, everything was done well. But this did not stop them, since I had late ovulation, I knew that the fetal egg was not visible, but our doctors are smart, because on Friday, June 18, 2021, under fears and threats that I might die, they forced me to do a diagnostic laproscopy, although I even wrote a refusal. Here they made it for me according to the result of the ectopic data, they say we will wait for t immediately after the weekend Mon June 21, they find a 1mm fetal egg. I'm furious, just don't do the operation , it will affect the child under anesthesia, but I was convinced otherwise.I checked out on June 22 .
But the story doesn't end there.
So after two weeks, I went to a paid clinic for an ultrasound to see if everything was fine , and then your pregnancy does not develop for 6 weeks .I come back a week later, all the same.On Mon July 15, I go to the hospital, I get curettage, anesthesia again, stress again. The operation was performed by the doctor Gardiyuk Ekaterina Evgenyevna , you know, I want to say this is not a doctor , but do not understand who , at first she was indignant , did not want to do it, she was in a hurry to go home, but where to go! the operation went well , she said to wait three days and have an ultrasound .Day X comes , I go and they tell me not everything has been cleaned , on Friday they clean me for a hysteroscopy what she could not .
Even the head of the 1st department came to me here , realizing who I was and what I could do to this doctor .
And then, after a while, I find out that if I hadn 't had laproscopy, my child would be alive now .And they were looking for something in my pipes and touched the organ, the child died.
So girls draw conclusions.
In this hospital, they do not treat but mutilate. To undergo 4 surgeries and 4 anesthesia in a month .They don 't care about us , we're like on a conveyor belt .
And if we talk about the staff in general
The only good doctor is Olga Aleksandrovna Bukatich.A good doctor and an adequate person .
I had to stay in this hospital from July 10 to July 15.I got there due to pregnancy, as I bled late in the evening (there was a retrochorial hematoma). At first, the woman was not very friendly at the reception department. Then apparently a nurse (a very nice girl) came and looked at me very well and took me to the 2nd ward. I spent the weekend just lying on very terribly hard beds and wooden pillows, from which my back was stabbed in the morning, they gave me pills that I myself had drunk before. On Tuesday, she went for an ultrasound (doctor Polyakova G.I.) looked at me very quickly and said: I do not see an embryo in you, you either have an undeveloped pregnancy or late ovulation and it is not there yet, according to her calculations, the period was 6h. 2d. She was diagnosed with an undeveloped pregnancy. The doctor came and said you don't see an embryo. (Although the genicologist at the paid medical center had seen everything on ultrasound before). She said she needed to do another ultrasound in dynamics either on Friday or tomorrow at all. He says I will consult with the doctor who did the ultrasound. I already wanted to go home at that moment. There were 2 girls in the ward with me, who were cleaned, they also did not see anything on ultrasound. I was very nervous. On Thursday, the head of the department looked at me. the department. When I said that I wanted to go home, he immediately began to tell me what it was fraught with for me, and what terrible consequences if I had an undeveloped pregnancy.Brought me to tears. I wrote a statement on the same day and ran from there. Today I did an ultrasound, everything is fine with us. GIRLS be vigilant to such diagnoses, it is better to redo the ultrasound in another place with another doctor. Later, I found reviews on the Internet that they don't see anything on ultrasound here for short periods. And they do the cleaning. It's scary to think what would have happened if I had stayed there. The food is good, this is the only plus.
I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of this hospital. Being here for 6 days, I felt the care from every employee, starting with the reception department. Many thanks to the nurses, orderlies for their care and help. The doctors here are from God, the highest professionals, I am very grateful to Bukatich O.A. and Metlitsky V.V. for the help provided. I am grateful to the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care. I wish every employee good health and well-being! With great respect to you!
They are illiterate doctors. I am a doctor myself and I know what an emergency room is, emergency patients, etc. She went to the emergency department with acute pain and high fever after a gynecological procedure. They quickly took tests, conducted a full-body examination, including ultrasound of the pelvic organs. The doctor suspected renal colic, excluded the gynecologist and, based on the results of tests and examination, sent her to the 4th hospital in the urology department. There, the diagnosis made by the gynecologist was confirmed. The procedure was performed at the paid Horizon medical center, where I was simply rejected with a temperature above 39 and the gynecologist did not even look, did not inspect the kidneys, although I complained of pain on the right and high fever. Although this paid center is multidisciplinary, but I was not offered an ultrasound scan, or even a banal blood and urine test, and so the midwife looked at it slightly and said that this is not gynecology, this is ARI or ARVI and you go from here. Even the tests that I took before the procedure were not sent to me by e-mail, they said it was ARI or ARVI and not gynecology and do not come to us. Yes, it turned out to be not gynecology, but acute pyeloneuritis, and if I hadn't gone to the hospital on Saturday myself, I could have been in intensive care today or tomorrow. The work of the gynecologists on duty on Saturday is a long time ago, as well as the entire staff. A huge human thank you to them. And they looked carefully and gently and tried not to cause me unnecessary pain and suffering.
I was lying in the gynecological department, I was admitted through the emergency room, there are a lot of people, but despite this, all the staff explains very politely and correctly.
Everyone in the department is polite, thank you very much.
I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff, especially the doctor Bukatich Olga Alexandrovna for her high professionalism, attentiveness and kindness.
The hospital itself is simply at the highest level for a public institution.
Being here, I realized what the FSZN is paying for.
Upon admission to the hospital, only the nurses are attentive and polite
Subsequently, it is normal, but it is better to clarify everything and ask again, because they can forget about you
While covid, meetings with relatives and even going outside are prohibited. They receive daily transmissions
It's a mess and outright boors are working. I wanted to sign up for a paid hand shot, I was thrown to different numbers for 2 days, in total I called 5 different numbers. When it came to making an appointment for an X-ray, for some reason they gave the head of the department. Literally from the dialogue with her, "well, you come at 8 in the morning, and then how it goes." I tell her, so sign me up for a specific time, otherwise what's the point of a paid procedure if I'm going to sit in line for who knows how long? "Well, then come at 13, it doesn't seem like there should be anyone, but take the CD with you, clean, otherwise we have nowhere to record." To which I ask how much the service costs then, otherwise find a disk, sit in line, it may be more profitable to go somewhere else. To which I hear, "I do not know, we usually do not provide such a service, they will tell you on the spot." They have a price list on the website, what does it mean we do not provide?? At the end of the dialogue, she generally stated, "We are a government agency, we do not provide paid services." Do you informally take money, indicating in what amount? You are providing paid services, that is, you are lying blindly. It all finally annoyed me, I can't sign up for a paid X-ray for 2 days; seriously! I'm calling the head doctor, this guy is generally the "star" of the whole institution!!!))) I start the dialogue with "Hello, I don't like the mess in your hospital and I want to talk about the work of your staff." The answer is fire, the "chief physician" is immediately visible. "And why are you starting the wrong dialogue here, you need to start the dialogue correctly." Well, I'm not a blunder, I say, "Well, since you know how, will you teach me how to start a dialogue with you correctly?". As a result, I did not listen at all, which was clear from the rudeness from the beginning of communication, I said that everything was told to you and in fact go through the forest. While I was still talking to him, he just hung up. The face of the hospital! Ill-mannered and inadequate. After all, notice, I'm calling for the second day and they don't record me for an X-ray in any way, just because no one knows anything, and how the scandal started - they told the head doctor everything in 5 minutes....
Fast, high-quality service. Doctors are great fellows, professionals in their field. Thank you very much! Thank you for having such decent hospitals in Belarus!
