After the overhaul, it became pleasant to enter the clinic, everything is clean, renovated, spacious corridors, sofas where you can sit waiting for your turn to the doctor, monitoring the electronic queue on monitors.
There are no complaints about the medical staff either - they are professionals in their field, attentive to patients.
After reading the bad reviews, it was scary to go to this clinic to register for pregnancy, but as it turned out — in vain.
After the repair, the attitude towards patients has clearly changed there. (I was served in this clinic in 2017-2018 and I really have something to compare it with.)
1. I'll start from the very beginning — registration at the clinic. You do not need to write any statements, go to the head for a signature, and so on. You are registered with your passport and that's it, you are officially registered in the clinic's database, the card is automatically started.
2. Now an electronic queue is installed at almost every step in the clinic, which significantly reduces the flow of people. Even if there is a queue, it moves faster, due to the automatic allocation of patients to offices.
3. In front of the blood donation room in the electronic queue section there is a button for pregnant women, which greatly speeds up the process (for example, in the 12th polyclinic, although there was an electronic queue, pregnant women had to sit with everyone in the queue, among the sick. Of course, the laboratory assistants advised to go on their own without queuing, but people did not always want to skip. Therefore, the button for pregnant women helps a lot.)
4. We were very pleased with the young doctors who will listen to you and, most importantly, they will hear you, explain what and why. Unlike those who have been sitting in one place for 40 years, having a habit of doing their job anyway, because they are tired of years of routine.
5. I was surprised by the ophthalmology room, where they not only told you to "Read the line you see", but also checked your eyes on several devices.
In general, the 16th polyclinic has undergone noticeable and very noticeable changes. I often hear positive reviews from friends about its renovation, and I myself have clearly familiarized myself with them.
And who is afraid to go there after reading the reviews for 2014-2016, feel free to go, it has become much better there! This is noticeable from the very first steps.
Excellent clinic. It is very easy and fast to make an appointment with any doctor (electronic recording is also very well established). Doctors are excellent specialists in their field. There are several pharmacies.
A wonderful clinic. All the doctors are there. The service is attentive and polite. There is no problem ordering a ticket. Thank you very much for your help, understanding, and attention. Continue to please.
Terrible treatment of patients... The DOCTORS are conscientious, well done in their field and with a human attitude...
the rest consider people meat... When I was there, the girl sat in line for 2.5 hours without a ticket to the Surgeon, with a piece of glass in her leg, and in the end she was not accepted, like me without a ticket... either this system is going to collapse, or "stop this Earth, I'll get off"
In general, it is an ordinary polyclinic. And what else is needed? What is important is that THERE ARE QUEUES, but not filled with the served population. There are problems with nurses who have become doctor's assistants - but I think this is the case everywhere.
There are hydrotherapy and other procedures
A good polyclinic, it has become especially better after major repairs. You don't sit in queues for a particularly long time, because in most cases electronic queues are provided. But this clinic is overloaded, as it serves a fairly large number of addresses in the Central district.
The terrible attitude of therapists.you come to an appointment with the doctor on duty, and they tell you, you need to take a ticket to the therapist, we accept emergencies. And then they allegedly look at it with a loan. It's like I came to their house.boorish attitude. You do not need to take coupons for examination, you need to wait 3-4 months.
Terrible rude doctor Ekaterina Shkodik.
It is a pity that there are such specialists.
I started with rudeness even before the dialogue started.
It's a terrible attitude.
Such specialists spoil all the previous good impression.
There is a woman sitting in the fluorography booth who believes that in life you can only be rude. It's just terrible and incompetent. If she is unhappy with her work or life, let her do something about it, and not try to be rude to strangers. Minus the vibe😬👎
Sincere thanks to Dr. Padashula I. N. I had to contact him several times on various occasions, and everything was always clear, specific and useful. Thank you for your concern and professionalism. I also thank the nurses of the surgical department for their hard work.
I want to express my great gratitude to the surgeon Padashula, a DOCTOR with a capital letter.
Turning to her, I could not even think that she would be able to choose the right treatment, everything is accessible and explained in detail, her nurse when they did the dressing to me was so polite, I could not even think that this happens.
I give 5 stars to this particular doctor!
I am grateful to the doctors and the honey.the staff of the surgical department, the medical staff of the physiotherapy department, headed by the head! Keep it up !
I signed up for 7:42 to the doctor (spodobaeva )
1. the doctor came to work at 7:40 when the working day began at 7:00
2. the above-mentioned cop is 8:12, I'm sitting and waiting for them to accept me
I will write a complaint!
This is the clinic of my childhood. There is always a special attitude towards her. Big, everything you need to eat. The doctors are good, the staff is polite. X-rays and fluorography can be done locally, I recommend it!!!
It's just disgusting. She went to the clinic with nausea, vomiting, fever, and severe weakness. They asked me what I was being treated with, I told them about my treatment, but clarified that it did not help me much.To which the doctor told me that it was possible to continue this treatment, it would help me. As a result, the treatment did not help, I went to the pharmacy, explained the situation there, and asked for some advice. As a result, the pharmacist turned out to be much more useful than the doctor, it got better. the only symptom of the disease that remains is severe weakness and seizures. I came to the doctor's appointment at the appointed time. There were 20 people in the queue, mixed up with coupons and sick leave. People on sick leave with different diagnoses sat and suffered in line (I sat for about 2 hours, it was very hard, because my head hurt so much and it was impossible to stand). A nurse came and took everyone on sick leave to other doctors. I got to the doctor in room 203, who asked what was bothering me, I wrote all my symptoms, to which she replied "I'm sorry." She said she would extend her sick leave, but I asked not to extend it, because I didn't want to spend more time in this place (it's just useless), I just asked to be given my tests. And then I heard a lot of negativity about my address. namely, you need to ask your doctor for tests, I can't give them to you. of course, I did not agree with this and said that I did not see any problem unloading them from the general database, the doctor was extremely unhappy, and told me to wait for the nurse who would do it. I waited for the nurse for another 40 minutes. I was told that I had very bad tests, and it would be good if I retook them in a week. They didn't explain to me exactly what was wrong and, plus, they printed it out so that nothing was visible. When I asked to explain what was wrong with the tests, they told me that they were just bad, anyway I wouldn't understand anything. so they sent me to close the hospital in two offices, where again there were queues of 15 people who were sitting at the closed office. I waited almost until the clinic closed, namely until 19.45. as a result, I did not get into any office to close the hospital. The experience of going to the clinic is extremely negative, as a result, I diagnosed myself, found something to treat myself, listened to a lot of negativity, and spent a lot of time in queues. Next time I will only go to a paid clinic, because going to this clinic is just a pointless waste of time.
A wonderful clinic, clean and tidy, polite medical staff, young qualified doctors, which is very pleasing! There are no queues, you can always make an appointment with a specialist.
I'm in complete shock! My husband was ill for a month, pneumonia. The FLU was treated at the clinic for two weeks. As a result, an ambulance was called and taken to the hospital with a diagnosis of pneumonia. He was treated and discharged.I came to the clinic and got to a completely unqualified doctor, office 208 Nina Mstislavovna Ishchenko. The husband faced incredible rudeness and violation of medical ethics. The spouse has a disease for 20 years, which does not matter to her medical practice, but the disease is indicated in the card.Ishchenko, in full hearing, leaving the office to the head of the department, with my spouse's sick leave, voiced my spouse's diagnosis at the top of her voice with reproaches, thereby violating medical ethics, "about not disclosing "
The service has improved in recent years. An electronic queue has been set up for the registry and a certificate. Some rooms have been renovated and the wardrobe has been updated. According to doctors, probably as everywhere, in different ways. The girls in the lab are nice, experienced and polite. Having moved to another area to live, I did not want to change the clinic
Incompetent doctors, it's a problem to get a ticket. I don't want to go to this clinic at all. I've been waiting for the ultrasound for more than 6 months.
This is the first time I have encountered such an attitude.I got sick for three days with a fever.I applied to the registry to call a doctor at home . Answer The doctor can 't come to you if you don 't give him access .We have a new Levada district, not everyone has intercoms.I offered to meet the doctor leaving my phone number. What I was rudely answered was the doctor 's personal space .As a result, I went to the infectious diseases office myself in poor health. The queue has turned off .Two young girls came in and took me in .We measured the temperature, it turned out to be 35.8, I knocked it down first, and secondly, I started having an intestinal disorder. And you say with indignation that you want a sick leave .This is Terrible!!! What an attitude!!!! If a person does not have a temperature, he is healthy.I barely made it .
It is problematic to take coupons to certain narrowly focused specialists such as a cardiologist and a neurologist. The staff is polite, high-quality repairs, the presence of a pharmacy in the polyclinics itself and elevators, though not very spacious, only 3 people per cabin. Some specialists are missing.
I got acquainted with this clinic during the coronavirus disease. Despite being attached to another clinic, doctors visited me quite often and they fulfilled their mission. Although they did not take any tests except PCR from me, but apparently the treatment was prescribed correctly. Special thanks for that!
Next, I had to get acquainted with the clinic itself, where I was for the first time closing my sick leave. I walk into the clinic building waiting for huge queues and I can't believe my eyes. There are no hourly queues, I was immediately directed to the right office at the reception. On the second floor there are therapists' offices, each of which has a queue of 2-3 people. Therefore, I did not have to wait long. It's been less than an hour since I left the clinic with a closed sick leave. A rarity nowadays. So I think that the organization of work in this institution is at a fairly high level.
It's been a year since I wrote the review and I'd like to add to it.
I transferred to this clinic a few days ago. I managed to pass a medical examination. It took me less than an hour.
The specialists are very polite, the attitude is wonderful.
Now I will come to the clinic without fear of queues and I know that they will help me)
Many thanks to the staff of the polyclinic🙏
I can't get to the endocrinologist for the 3rd month with the referral, the tests are outdated, after her next absence they suggest to get a coupon to call in half a month. It is not clear on what date they will still be offered.
I was pleasantly surprised at the surrealism of visiting the polyclinic: almost everywhere there is an electronic queue, the staff helped to arrange all the papers and get a referral.
After the repair, it's another matter, it's more cozy and brighter and it's nice to come in , doctors even somehow feel more confident and more professional , although it would seem .
In this clinic, I would like to sincerely thank:
Natalia O. Shatskaya, a general practitioner (room 207)- a sweet, attentive, humane doctor-a clever and pleasant nurse Elena - a sympathetic, kind, intelligent woman. They are always polite, good-natured, humane, listen with understanding, empathy, always help to take the right direction, make the necessary analyses, tell everything, advise, help. Thank you very much!!!
I also want to thank the ultrasound diagnostics doctor Taisiya Iosifovna Selitskaya - a reasonable and tactful, beautiful woman who explains everything clearly, tells, gives the necessary recommendations.
And I also want to note the good work of the nurse Gupolovich Galina Tikhonovna - a pleasant and sweet woman who does everything conscientiously, approaches work responsibly, always friendly and polite!
thank you very much!!!
A good standard clinic. I visited Sokolova's ophthalmologist. I checked my eyesight and prescribed glasses. The doctor is competent, pleasant in communication. Thanks
No one cares, even if he crawled on four bones. There is a good neurologist, and the girl used to work as a duty therapist - Borovik. At least they pay attention to the patient, the rest do not even take their eyes off the table.
Office number 200 is generally a separate topic. I can 't get through, I can't get through . It is not realistic to sign up for an ultrasound, halter or something else. Boorish behavior, as if you broke into her house and insulted her. I'm surprised she hasn't been punched in the nose by some patient for her behavior yet.
Doctors are 50-50 good and there are bad ones.
Good doctors are a gynecologist, surgeon, ENT, ECG and holter ECG, tests, therapist 2 people are a woman and a man, I will not specify the last name, 200 rooms and 201.

I wouldn't even put one star, I registered at the clinic, because I needed an MRI referral from a neurologist! For the first time, I did not get to her after 3 hours of waiting, because the date was not the same. But I omitted this point, recorded it again at 505 and went back to the bull on today's date. As a result, I did not get to her again, because I worked for up to 2 hours! Then I don't understand why this schedule?! I lost my time again, I'm very upset because I don't have time to get to an appointment with work! And all it takes is a piece of paper!!!
There will be time, I will definitely talk to the chief doctor !!!
Otherwise, I had a medical examination, there were no problems with anyone
They always try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. An electronic queue has been organized. Good repair. The fact that there are not enough doctors is a matter for the whole country, and there is only a positive attitude towards the clinic and its staff.

If you want to complete the quest, come to the 16th polyclinic, you will be humiliated to the fullest!!! The Shatsky doctor is a rude woman, sat at her appointment for an hour and a half, and during this period of time she received 3 people, laughter and conversations about flowers could be heard from the office. People in the corridor were outraged, she had an appointment until 6 p.m. and at that time she left the office, she just sent me and other patients in a rude way, closing the door in front of her face (she dragged some friend of hers into the office, who was behind me in the queue). I had to sit in the second queue to see another doctor.
The dental department is a quiet horror, especially young specialists. But I will single out two specialists by the name of Shumel. That's exactly who does his job efficiently and can be called a Doctor with a capital letter.
Polyclinic as a polyclinic. As everywhere else, there are huge queues for hospital visits to the therapist. And so almost all offices have an electronic queue. After the repair, generally top.
The management of the institution has done a good job of repairing the computers of the polyclinic, put an electronic queue where it is necessary and not necessary, but there is no electronic queue for a critical bottleneck-2nd floor-therapeutics!
Those who are the first to meet a sick person cannot normally receive patients, and patients are forced to crowd into the offices.
Put an electronic queue on the Therapist!
