I turned to the therapist Lakotko T.V. with a fever on 07/21/2022, she worked until 13:00, I turned at 12:47, this doctor refused to see me, saying that she still needed to see the tests of another patient. What about the Hippocratic oath...?

To sum up:

In order to get somewhere, you need to stand in line despite coupons, covid, etc. someone is led by doctors, someone is med.Sisters, and you are waiting for the "seventh coming". In general, it's the same everywhere and nothing new. In my opinion, there are no super doctors anymore, there are practically no those who were devoted to their work. In general, diseases are treated via the Internet

It is simply not possible to make an appointment with a doctor. The staff is just old people. The relationship is more or less normal. The waiting time is just awful. You can sit in line for about an hour or two. There is simply no cleanliness except for the 6th floor and then on one side.

What the hell is going on in the clinic. To prescribe metformin, I have to take a coupon that is not available or sit until the end of the appointment, they answered me in the office, and this was during the coronavirus pandemic. There is no consistency between the registry and the doctors, the registry says that you do not need a coupon to prescribe pills, and the doctor does not accept it.When you organize the discharge of medicines without coupons and queues, for those who are registered and need continuous medication, as is done in other cities
The attitude towards visitors leaves much to be desired

A good clinic, polite doctors, always ready to help and listen. The only thing that bothers is fighting for a queue when another arrogant person tries to get in without a queue under the pretext of "I just need to pick up a card" or "I just need to write out a referral."
I came to this clinic for the first time, and I was surprised that such a thing could happen in such a big city.
There are a lot of staff, but they do not know their job or simply do not want to work.

Lapshova is just a terrible therapist at our site! And most of the staff have a terrible attitude towards people. But as soon as I asked for a complaint book and coupons appeared and everyone became polite and cultured. However, it was two years ago before the pandemic.

Not all doctors are professionals, nurses don't keep track of queues-there are a lot of extras. Coupons, so there are frequent conflicts. Rarely do any of the nurses handle situations professionally.
