I would like to share my extremely negative experience with coach Valeria in your women's gym. Unfortunately, her behavior causes confusion and disappointment. During classes, Valeria indulges in rudeness and an unacceptable tone in dealing with clients. Her manner of conversation is more reminiscent of bazaar behavior, which is completely inappropriate in the atmosphere of a gym, where customers expect respectful treatment. Instead of encouragement and motivation, harsh, degrading comments are often heard. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable for a person working in the service sector. It creates a tense and unpleasant environment, which makes the desire to attend training disappear.
