A wonderful hotel! Polite administrator! The rooms are clean, comfortable, everything is provided, full service! Sauna and swimming pool are included! The breakfast is delicious and varied! And this is just about the standard room! We had a great rest, quiet and peaceful, very modern! If you will be in Urgench, I sincerely advise you to stay at this hotel!

A very neat hotel, polite and friendly staff, cozy rooms, delicious buffet breakfasts. The location is convenient. Nearby there is a clinic, a pharmacy, if you walk a little bit near Giotto, Gavhar, Vanilla - catering outlets. You can quickly get anywhere in the city.

I was in Khorezm in January, it was very cold outside -10, the hotel was very warm (cozy). The pool is open.
The breakfast is wonderful- there is a lot of choice!

Breakfasts are more like a good snack, juice in bags, coffee in the machine, croissants (and thanks for that).
The rooms are clean and cozy, warm in winter, and air-conditioned in summer.
Some of the windows overlook some kind of club or restaurant, I still don't understand, but it's very noisy. If it's important, then ask for a quieter room. I was moved to the first floor... it was calm and quiet.
Convenient location. You can also walk to/from the airport.

It's a very nice hotel, I often visit Urgench, but I couldn't get into this hotel all the time because I couldn't book all the time due to lack of available seats. This is the first time I've been here and I like the good service and the price is reasonable.

The hotel is excellent, has all the amenities and the staff is responsive and will do everything you need.
The hotel is new, beautiful, made in the same style. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy.
Breakfast consists of a variety of local dishes + everything that we used to eat in the morning. In general, you will have a hearty and delicious meal.
There is also a free swimming pool and sauna (Turkish and Finnish), a gym, a shop nearby, a cafe-bar.
It is located not far from the center and the airport.
I advise everyone.

I liked the hotel itself. Deserves all 5 stars. Unlike other hotels in Urgench, it does not charge an additional fee for visiting the pool.
Good location, comfortable rooms, very polite staff.
A shuttle service to the airport was provided .

To be fair, this is the only hotel in Urgench with a large number of rooms.
Breakfast is very weak. Rooms with windows to the courtyard are something. You are looking into the windows of the neighboring house))). The bar smokes right inside and the smell goes into the rooms. Dry the towels in a tub made of PVC pipe welded locally.
The cleanliness of the rooms is 4 out of 5.
A good and thoughtful repair is required.

The staff is good, the hotel used to be much better, the owners stopped investing in development, on hot days you choose for the pool and for visitors for free only until 18:00, i.e. it makes no sense to choose this one because of the pool, it is not clear in the rooms to smoke or not to smoke
