But the disadvantage is that you have to visit offices because it is not possible to get a clear explanation over the phone. And so the office is guarded and the staff solved my problem very quickly.
1) A call to technical support on a short number, therefore it is paid, and you have to call often
2) If there was a problem - consider yourself caught - it is very difficult to get it solved for you, sat for a week without the Internet, calling every day and leaving applications that experts closed at their discretion
3) I paid for the optics, because I was tired of the bad Internet (yes, this often happens). I paid on Tuesday, came to put it only on Friday (!!!), and as a result, we never finished (we need to make some settings on the provider's side - there were still 2 hours of working time left, but we never finished). Today is Sunday, you call every day again - you leave a request, and nothing changes, in short, there are 0 chances that something will be done on the weekend
They work as if it is not an Internet provider, but a shawarma stall: strictly according to the opening hours (although the point of an Internet provider is to provide 24/7 Internet access), if there are a couple of hours left before the end of the working day, then do not expect anything to be done or repaired
