Hi everybody. Very good service and receive my parcels without delay. Many thanks to the staff of UZUM MARKET. I realized that UZUM delivers the parcel much better, clearly and faster than Uzbekistan Post. That's why I switched to the UZUM order pick-up point, which is the best option in Uzbekistan (so far).
The marketplace itself is great. We have been constantly and with pleasure ordering a wide variety of goods there since opening in Uzbekistan. During this time, a lot of guys have changed at our pick-up point. All of them took their duties with responsibility. We have always been friendly to every customer. And as a regular customer, I liked it. But today, when I went to get my goods, I was confronted with rudeness from an employee of the Sarin pick-up point. When I received my product and just wanted to see the time of the cocoa, the lid of the jar was open and the cocoa was noticeably poured out. Instead of calmly issuing a refund, Sarin was rude. I think that such employees only spoil the reputation of Uzum Market. I hope that the staff and management will give additional instructions on how to behave with customers.
The room itself is very comfortable and beautiful, but the environment around it is not very welcoming, the staff is polite, which I really like in all departments of uzum
