On November 15th, I picked up my order at your pick-up point, paid for it, but, unfortunately, I forgot to pick up the umbrella. After a while, your employee called me and informed me about the forgotten item. I promised to pick him up later.
Today, when I came back to your PVZ, I was served by another employee named Timur. I told him about the situation and he answered me in a rude and incorrect way: "I do not know, I have been working here for the first day. Sit down, I'll write." He later brought an umbrella, but his tone of communication was offensive and completely unprofessional. I felt as if I was asking him for a favor, and not as a client who has the right to be treated with respect.
Such behavior, in my opinion, is absolutely unacceptable for employees of your company, and I hope that you will take measures to eliminate such situations in the future.
