The point is located in the post office building, the post office staff is not very happy about this, it seems to me, since there was no Uzuma employee at the time of issuing the order (most likely because it was Sunday) and the order was issued by the post office staff, and they, in turn, were not very happy about it

It's a very slow job, you wait 15 minutes for your order every time, they always have problems, and you end up looking for the order yourself because they're not competent at it. Finally get yourself an assistant who is better versed in this than they are.
