Good location. Friendly staff. Uzum market is the best online shopping platform in Uzbekistan where you can buy many products at reasonable prices. Requesting Uzum app developers to include English also in the available language options for the expats living in Tashkent.

I have extremely negative impressions of working with this marketplace. One day I ordered a shelving for the house, but instead of the desired color, another one was brought. I immediately contacted support and already at this stage I ran into problems: the phone was unavailable at first, and the telegram was not answered
OK, a little later they replied that it would take 7 days to figure out why the error occurred. When I asked why it was impossible to issue a refund immediately, I was answered dryly: "You just can't. We need to do something, watch the cameras and so on."
During these 7 days there was no information — the support was silent. Although the operator on the line said that usually such issues are resolved within 2-3 days, so after a couple of days I wrote and reminded about the problem, but nothing
On the seventh day, I wrote again myself, and they promised to return within a day. Naturally, this did not happen. As a result, I waited a day while they "sorted it out". I wrote again, promised to return and did not return.
A day later, I wrote to support again and was told that they would need another 7 DAYS to solve my problems. The operator refused to answer the question "what was I waiting for before?"
It was only after I contacted the hotline again for a couple of hours that I was finally informed that I could return the goods, but only within three days and exclusively to the pick-up point. That is, I have to carry a rack weighing 7 kg to the pick-up point
The result is 10 days of waiting (despite the fact that the mistake was on the part of the marketplace), constant ignoring, incorrect communication from the support, which only intensified the negative. Instead of helping or at least apologizing, the staff behaved as coldly and indifferently as possible
Let's add to this an absolutely undeveloped system for working with orders and refunds, when one operator does not know who solves my question and we cannot tell the status when it is necessary to tell a new operator the details of my order every time, forward the same messages several times and add operators who simply close your appeal, because that they're probably tired of talking to you. Operators who communicate with you with scripts and who absolutely do not care about your problem - it's all about Uzum
After such an experience, I will never order anything on Uzum again and I do not advise anyone. If you value your nerves, avoid this marketplace. Now there are other alternatives, yes, with more delivery, but you will be sure that people will help you, and not work in case of an error

But the work at the distribution points is not organized properly. queues are artificially created, they rudely communicate with visitors, at least on the 3rd floor. in this case, the main advantage of market places disappears - the absence of bureaucracy, formalities and simplification of the procedure for purchasing goods.

I demanded that they give me some kind of paper stating that I returned the order because the application showed that it was possible to pick it up...They gave the paper, but this is a mockery of the buyer, that's how they joke when they are bored. I've lost my time and my nerves.
Never order with home delivery,you will lose time and money if you have already paid,the support bot is zero,ordered the goods by courier,paid for three days the goods are delivered in the status,decided to cancel the order,it is still delivered,once again the next day the same story,on the third day I call asking for the status of the order,it is delivered again,it is some kind of caper, the money has been paid, they twist it as they want, you are without anything......advice...never pay for an item in advance.....never order by courier.....And in general, if there is no urgent need, do not use this marketplace......One star is even a lot...There are no questions about the pick-up point, excellent staff!!!....but delivery, logistics, ZERO support

The workers at the points came across cultured, quickly issue an order, communicate respectfully (without phrases on duty and a lean face).
The staff is very good, but there are sooo many people and you have to wait a very long time for an order to be received, because most often only one employee is present. And what's bad is that there are no parking spaces and people park next to the pick-up point, or on the roadway, but there is no permissive marking (thereby violating the rules), or drive across the road for pedestrians to park nearby. It will be great if you make a parking lot, closing the ditch and leveling the ground a little bit, at least so that, say, you don't demolish trees or, say, move trees a little to the sides, they are not big and thin there opposite this pick-up point.
The damaged goods came (they were dropped in the warehouse or during transportation), electronics, it turned out to be at home, the merchant and uzum refused to replace them with a worker or refund the money.
Advice to everyone who buys from this dump, check your orders right at the pick-up point, otherwise in case of substandard goods you will be left with a nose.

The delivered goods are not checked by uzumom, you need to carefully check the received goods at the place of receipt, otherwise you will not be able to return or exchange the damaged goods.
It is very convenient to order what you need and wait for an answer when to deliver and then pick up from the nearest point. There's also a table with a bunch of stuff to check the goods
