2 months ago, I bought a robot vacuum cleaner on uzum, I checked everything at the pick-up point beforehand, everything worked and it worked for a day, but the next day it began to discharge quickly, left the base and immediately returned back to recharge. The diagnosis confirmed that it was a factory defect, the vacuum cleaner was taken away , but the money has still not been returned, 2.7 million
The support hangs up with the words "oh, that's it", and the support in tg, where I write every day, answer that they are solving this issue
Now they started ignoring me
Outright fraud
2 months have already passed, the goods have been taken away and the money is not returned
At first, uzum told me that they did not see that the product had returned to them and could not refund the money, I contacted the seller myself through their application and he confirmed that everything was returned, expect, but the money was never returned

Приятно удивлен сервисом! Вежливый персонал подскажет необходимую клиенту информацию. В ПВЗ есть возможность воспользоваться батарейками, различными проводами для проверки электроники на месте. Я заказал товар вечером, на следующий день уже забрал его из ПВЗ. Товар оказался бракованным. Вернул его через пару дней. Мне сразу же на месте вернули деньги, т.к. я оплачивал наличными. В общем остались только позитивные эмоции, хотя товар был некачественным. (Но это вина продавца)
