We stayed at this hotel from October 22 to October 30. I really liked the service. Sometimes they asked for something at the reception, came to the room, and everything was already done.
Clean, cozy. The transfer to the beach is convenient. They are taken to the territory of another hotel. It's also very cool there.
We had full board. The food is great. Usually, we come back from vacation and want our own, Russian food.
But after eating from the three restaurants of this hotel, it was she who was missed. The feeling that chefs want to please with their food. Thanks a lot to them 🌹
It's a beautiful place. Cozy, delightful, and expensive. It's nice to visit here and admire the views that surround it. The service is excellent and fast. I recommend it to everyone.
The breakfasts are very poor, even there is no freshly squeezed juice as before, only from chemistry packages, a small selection for 5 stars. The staff can't even handle the dishes, they don't even have time, you arrive at 9:30 in the morning empty. It takes a long time to ask for cheese. It's monotonous every day. It was sparse, even 4-star Hilton hotels had much better breakfasts, face savings, not Dubai style.
The upgrade of the room was not done on the Birthday, they offered to pay extra. They don't decide anything at the reception, they're afraid. The cake was brought to the room.
It was 3 years ago - it was better , the service went downhill. There is a special offer on the website for those who live for more than 5 days - tickets to the La Perle SHOW are FREE. We agreed on 1 day.
The sink does not work in the room, even after renovation. The shower handle leaks in the shower, cosmetics are ECONOMICAL.

The only advantage is the location. Management has sunk.
