We were at a photo shoot. The photo shoot itself went well. I was very pleased and waited for the enchanting photos. But alas ((( 350 photos were sent from which 30 had to be selected for detailed processing. These 350 are of such a small format that it is impossible to see the expression of one's own face, and if you zoom in, then only squares! It was not difficult to select 30 photos, because out of 350 there were only 30 normal ones. The rest is in the trash!!! And I was worried, how am I going to choose only 30 out of 350??? My indignation was answered that the goal had been achieved! I chose 30 photos. Ha! Detailed processing??? She wasn't there at all. Again, she asked why it wasn't done? They replied that I hadn't asked for it!!! That is, they don't do anything themselves. For each photo, you need to write down what you don't like, and only then they will correct it. In general, I will never recommend this studio to anyone. Although no, I will advise you only in one case - their interiors are good - take a good photographer and only in this case you can hold a photo shoot In the Frame.
Not only were the employees late for the appointed time, but they also managed to start making claims about the fact that we chose this time. As a result, faced with extremely impolite communication from the staff, they were left with a spoiled mood, a child crying from the photographer's hysteria and a lot of unpleasant impressions from the studio's work. Professionals should not vent their nervous emotions from their own problems on people who go to capture significant moments of joy in their lives.
We ordered a service via the Internet in the HOME hall, the manager was extremely rude and unfriendly, they answered boldly (this studio was filmed for the first time, it would be possible to win over the client and answer our questions more pleasantly).
The prepayment was made, I attribute this to the disadvantages of the studio, since it is important to have a card (according to the card, the commission is about 1 rub, a trifle, but money and I do not have a card). By the way, they answered me rudely to this, too, that it was ONLY 30 kopecks..
Let me explain that it was not possible to drive up to the studio itself to make an advance payment!
Another big minus for us, our shooting was with a small child, it was VERY cold in the studio, why is it impossible knowing that the studio is booked, an advance payment has been made, at least 20-30 minutes before the start of shooting to turn on the heating?! The heating was turned on for us after we came and prepared the studio in front of us, of course, the heating did not cope so quickly that we were warm and comfortable in the hall.
The decor didn't match what we saw on the Internet a little bit (it's just a moment), I don't attribute this to a big minus.
Receipt - for some reason, after full payment, we were not given a receipt for the service and payment!
The conditions of the studio are not yet clear, we booked the hall 2 days before the scheduled shooting date, and you can CANCEL or RESCHEDULE at least five days in advance...How is that?) Either the conditions are not correct here, or do not accept orders for shooting less than 5 days before the scheduled date!
P.S. The studio was filmed not for the first time, I had experience working with other studios, where comfortable conditions, no prepayment and very polite staff. Why didn't you go to the same studio? It's simple, there are many studios in Brest and we wanted to try a new place with a new decor))
