A good place to relax with family or friends. We rented a house for 12 people. There is a very spacious hall on the ground floor and rest rooms on the second floor. Outside there is a barbecue area with tables and benches under a canopy. Parking for cars on the premises. I was also pleased that there is something for the children to do: there is a tennis table in the house, a swing outside, you can feed live rabbits in cages and admire the important pheasant birds. An indoor swimming pool is available in summer.
In general, we liked everything except for one thing. On the second floor, the bathroom does not close and it causes some discomfort. I do not remove the star in the hope that the owner (a pleasant and sociable person) he will pay attention and correct this small flaw. Well, in general, everyone was satisfied, thank you. I will recommend it!

It is very good for a family holiday in the village, if you do not have your own "house in the village". And if you are a company of lovers of sitting in the evening and eating barbecue (barbecue, for example), then you have everything you need. We visited several families with children and teachers "thematically". Nutrition is beyond praise - Svetlana Evgenievna spoils. The most pleasant bonus is the indoor pool. There is also table tennis and a children's playground with a slide and a carousel. For children, of course, pets are interesting: chickens, pheasants, pigs, rabbits. You can catch crucians in the lotus pond. In the evening, it is good to heat a wood-burning sauna and warm up. Nearby is the new Zara stadium, where you can watch training sessions or competitions for car and motorsport enthusiasts. And all this is not far from Minsk - a turn to the Flocks. Accommodation in cottages, where there is a kitchen with everything you need and Internet. There are also disadvantages. Apparently, from active operation, the premises and inventory sometimes seem worn out by time. Come by with your leisure program - you won't regret it.

Haven't been in a while. It is convenient for me to work at banquets, it is comfortable for guests. Excellent location, delicious cuisine, fussy hosts, well-groomed territory. Atmospheric and beautiful. Svetlana is a clever cook and a real Master! Obviously, you are welcome here. I will definitely recommend it to people who want to celebrate and have fun with pleasure.

It's a terrible place. Dirt, lack of basic household items, broken plumbing. The bed linen has not been updated for years, the furniture is living out its day. The impression is disgusting from visiting this place.

The karaoke microphone has dead batteries, there is a whole mountain of garbage on the lower floor (it looks like no one is cleaning there). It's not worth the money. I do not recommend it.

Great houses. Recently we had a rest, everything you need for a rest, everything is there. Only a minus, a sauna in time, because there are three houses on the territory, and three companies are resting at once. And the biggest disadvantage is that the owner of the house came in very often. I checked and controlled everything!!! It felt like we were some kind of youngsters, and adults were checking us out! We were with a children's camp, in principle everything is fine, but all the furniture and equipment is packed - the door handles are hanging out, there are no locks in half of the doors at all. There are no mosquito nets on the windows. Be prepared to be woken up by either roosters at 5 a.m. or dogs at 6 a.m. There are a lot of different animals on the territory, from rabbits to pheasants. For children - swing carousel pool. There were interruptions with cold water for 2-3 hours at the weekend...

A company of about 10 people rested here. The main advantage of this place, as far as I understand it, is the price. The houses have already seen many parties, as evidenced by the injuries inflicted on them here and there, but it doesn't seem to be a big deal, there are windows, furniture and appliances are functioning. The grill for the mongol is already tired, I have not seen skewers, it seems to be available, but I cannot say how many and which ones. An axe is one for several houses (both laughter and sin). It seems that there is firewood, but it seems that you need to bring your own. A couple of logs will be allocated to you. The dishes are all necessary, you can even cook something on the stove or in the oven. There is a house with a sauna, a small bathhouse, there don't seem to be any brooms. There are animals on the site in the form of a guard dog (small, does not bite, does not howl at night), chickens with roosters (run along the edge of the site, do not interfere) and a cage with some birds.
If there is no shortage of money, then it is better to look for a better option.
If the money is tight, then the option is good.
We were satisfied with the rest.
