The second time was 5 minutes before the specified pick-up time and we clarified whether I would pick up the order. I was upset to find my order not in the refrigerator , and it was Philadelphia , but on the bar, there were a lot of people around , also waiting for pickup , and the fish clearly stood there for more than 5 minutes outside the refrigerator. A twofold feeling remained from the staff's explanations. I won't buy any more , I took it for the child

In the appendix (crooked), I placed an order on March 29 at 18:07 for the amount of 8,790 tenge. The waiting time was indicated as 60 minutes.
The girl immediately called back and confirmed the order.
I warned you that in 90 minutes the order will be with us.
At 6:17 p.m., I called and asked to add Pepperoni pizza to the order. The order was accepted and the amount of 11,590 tenge was recalculated. The amount has not changed in the application.
At 19:07 (60 minutes later), the order status was changed to "Confirmed" in the application.
We wait.
At 19:45 (after 1 hour 38 minutes) I called to ask where my order is (hungry children are sitting at home), to which the operator replies that they have not prepared it yet! She referred to the fact that 8 more orders were received after my order. To my question, how can orders received AFTER can affect the preparation time of my order, a not very competent call center employee found it difficult to answer. It is not possible to reach the call center.
At 19:55 (1 hour 48 minutes later), a call center employee called me and informed me that my order would be in 15-20 minutes.
We wait.
At 20:20 (after 2h. 13 min.) I finally got through to them, and they told me that the courier had left a long time ago and would be here any minute.
At 20:50 (after 2h. 43 min.) A courier came to me and brought the order. After the payment, it turned out (TA-DAAM!) that the pizza didn't arrive. The courier said that he took the order from them 20 minutes ago. It seemed like the truth, the food was warm.
I managed to get through to the call center only at 21:30. I was offered to bring pizza later) I didn't culturally refuse. The money was returned at 21:49.
Conclusion:
What is the policy of the "company"??? Grab orders and not serve them?
If they had told me that they would not be able to deliver my order (if the problem is with couriers), and they could give it to a cafe, I would have stopped by without any problems (5-7 min.)
If they had told me that they could not prepare an order (a lot of orders), I would thank them for their honesty, and would order in another place. In 2h. 43 min. To be honest, I would buy groceries and feed the children.

Sushi is normal - only Philadelphia, and hot, which were cooled down in order. The cheese hohland roll is tiny.But the fact that the courier misled about the intercom - it broke the whole day.I thought the price was normal, and the service was normal - in the end I got this.
Отвратительный сервис. Оператор ничего не может ответить почему мы ждали свои суши 3,5 часа. Курьер отдал наши суши другим людям, весь вечер испортили. И свою вину ничем не сгладили ....
Такой отвратительный сервис я вижу в первые, оператор и вовсе не смог дать внятного ответа почему спустя 4 часа мы так и не получили свой заказ. По итого даже трубку перестали брать, пригласили гостей на суши в итоге поели шашлык 🤦
