We have been served by the organization for several years, but we have never had such problems. In October of this year, 4 bottles of water were ordered and everything, a couple of days after opening, begins to stink of mold. They have already washed the pump and opened the following bottles - all the same. It's not like drinking, watering flowers is scary. On November 12, they ordered new water, asked to connect with a technologist to discuss the issue. A girl named Evgenia (the operator could not name the last name) explained that this could be because of the water itself (you can boil it at least before sending it to people!) and she offered to transfer the "rotten stuff" through the driver when replacing bottles (which was ordered on November 13). As a result: the elevators are being changed in our institution, the driver carried only two bottles to the fifth floor (then two girls had to carry them to the sixth floor on their hump) because it is written in the contract, and we reread it every day! Also, the driver refused to take away bad water, because the operator did not give it to him (and apparently you do not have an internal connection between departments!) and what a living person says to him "with his mouth in his ear" does not perceive! Now we have bottles, with and without water, and vague doubts visit us, maybe not to open even if it's such nonsense.
In summary, I can say that the service is not in any way, the operator cannot provide even the most basic information (such as the name of the technologist), we will think about changing the office.
