We would like to thank VAE Studio and Evgeny Varkovich for their work on the project of the historical Bogdanovich Estate "Yard of the Flock". Our cooperation began already at the restoration stage, when it was necessary to restore the historical building of Brovar from the ruins and transform it into a new format. We got a great venue for events with a stylish design. The functional space combines the historical part and modern solutions. Evgeny participated in all stages of the reconstruction, and also accompanied after the end of the project, sharing his expert opinion. Every time visiting the complex, guests have only positive impressions. Eugene, a few years after the completion of the project, actively participates in new projects on the territory of the estate. I met the interior design studio VAE on the vastness of Instagram. I am glad that of the three Belarusian design studios that impress me, we continued to work with VAE. Since the interior design was released in the style of "VAE", which I am infinitely glad about. They felt great and made a reality of what we like. That's why we trusted them completely. Evgeny and his entire team worked perfectly according to our criteria. Special thanks to Victor for feedback on any questions at any time.
I can safely say that we had the opportunity to work with professionals in their field, very pleasant people to communicate with. Many thanks to them for the constructive dialogue, understanding, patience, Eugene listened to all our wishes and very tactfully corrected them if necessary.

We are very grateful to Eugene and his studio for the dream apartment project!
The search for a designer was very short) We saw the work of the VAE design studio and realized that we were ready to live in almost every apartment designed by the guys. We absolutely did not know what and how our apartment should look like and completely trusted Eugene. And we got exactly the same thing !
Working on the project brought us maximum pleasure. The most difficult thing for us at this stage was filling out the questionnaire))
It's great that among the huge selection of design studios, we immediately got to the professionals and cool guys.

We have been carefully choosing a design studio for the project of our long-awaited apartment for a very long time. After reviewing a huge number of portfolios and talking with almost a dozen designers, we settled on 2. We thought for a long time and did not start with VAE. A couple of months later, having terminated the already concluded contract, they came to VAE. And they didn't regret it.
To get the desired result, it is very important that your stylistic preferences and tastes are reflected in the works of the studio you plan to work with. The second important factor is comfortable communication with a studio representative. And everything coincided with VAE.
The design approval process was not easy and took about a year. At times there were difficult working moments, misunderstandings. But the main thing is that we were satisfied with the result.
I am very grateful to Eugene for his patience, unobtrusive professional pressure, and delicate taste. I really enjoyed working with him.
A nice bonus when working with VAE studio was that we were advised by a wonderful foreman. I never thought that foremen could be like this! Thanks to VAE, our repairs were easy and simple. Evgeny regularly provided support, came to the facility and to the shops. It is very important that when working with him, I felt that he did not care what color to choose, what width to make the spacer, whether one is combined with the other and by how much… And now, when we are already completing repairs, answering the contractors' questions, I often say: "Check with Eugene, as he says, so do it." And this is an indicator.
If another renovation happens in my life, I will contact the same studio.

I am very pleased that we used the services of the VAE design & architecture studio. When the question of apartment renovation arose, it took a long time to choose between several design studios in Minsk. But after talking with Evgeny Varkovich, the choice became obvious. Evgeny knows his job perfectly well, and is also a wonderful conversationalist. He listened to all our wishes, but, like a true professional, he discussed the possibility of implementation and made his own adjustments that made the project better and more functional. VAE follows fashion trends in its work. The design turned out to be cool! Evgeny personally participated in the selection of building materials, household appliances, and furniture. Evgeny leads the project from beginning to end, solves all problems that arise and promptly makes adjustments to the design project. The project is still in the works, but we are looking forward to the results to see our new beautiful apartment. ))

According to the layout: in general, it was clear about what would happen in the apartment, but the guys offered a very cool solution for distributing the space of the dressing room and laundry room, which I did not even think about. By design: I was very pleased with the work of the guys, they guessed the style that I wanted to see. According to the technical documentation: everything is quite detailed and clear. A very cool and creative team. In my opinion, they work in a certain style, their work is recognizable.

Great studio. We did the 3-key design with them, everything went very well. The guys got into our vision of the interior 100%. At the exit, we received all the necessary documentation, which greatly facilitates repairs. And of course 3d visualization is generally a cool thing. In addition, the guys supported us throughout the entire repair, for which the guys have a separate respect. The cost of the project fully pays for itself.

VAE was chosen on the recommendation of friends to whom they had previously designed the apartment. Before choosing VAE, we went through several more studios. The choice in favor of this company was made for the following reasons:
~ I liked the style in which they work.
~ There were many examples of ready-made designs. In general, the visualization corresponded to the implementation, which other designers lacked.
Impressions of cooperation:
~ We offered a good construction team (price/quality is consistent).
~ There was support from the designer at all stages of the renovation. To call and clarify something - no problem.
~ All the elements that were in the design, VAE knew where to buy or order at reasonable prices.
~ I didn't get the impression that they want to make money on you as a customer. At first, we were looking for performers of individual works ourselves, but after making sure that the prices of these performers were not much lower, and the quality was so-so, we began to trust the designer more.
~ Without author's control, when the designer constantly monitors repairs, makes purchases, goes to the construction site every other day, etc. you will need to dive into some details of the repair, because designers - no, no, and they will miss something and the sooner it turns out the easier it is to fix it.
We are satisfied with the result of our cooperation. The apartment pleases, we got what we wanted.

I recommend this architectural studio, especially to those who want to complete the renovation with the least expenses. The architects are competent, the builders and the foreman are responsible, I just enjoyed the cooperation, despite my fears.
