Thin, soft, airy, they are served with a variety of fillings: from sweet with whipped cream to more unusual ones — with salmon, tender cheese and arugula. I tried the salmon and cream cheese option, which is a very good combination. Coffee is also excellent. Fragrant, freshly brewed, with a rich taste.

The cafe is located in the very center of the walking street, next to the place where the lamplighter lights the lanterns every evening. Clean, cozy, good, fast service. We, tourists with extensive experience, have visited various establishments in Minsk and Brest. I'll say it without guile — this is the best place we've been to. Everything is great here: from fast and pleasant service with prompt delivery to incredibly delicious waffles.
Our personal tips: cheese and spinach are a delight. The four of us bought 9 waffles, and we carefully packed some of them with us.

The atmosphere is pleasant, the gray calm tones, the decorative inscription that glows "northern warmth is here" immediately attracted our attention. It's sooo cozy here! Very tasty coffee and lemonades!

I tried the waffle with caramelized bananas and caramel sauce — it was incredible! The waffle is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the combination of flavors is just perfect. My friend ordered a waffle with berries and whipped cream, and was also completely delighted.
Special thanks to the staff — very attentive, friendly and professional staff. They helped with the selection and made our visit even more enjoyable.
The prices are quite consistent with the quality, the portions are large, and the taste is simply divine. We came here on the last day of our stay in Brest and regretted that it was not the first time. Waffles are not thick from different types of dough - cheese, spinach, tomato with various fillings for every taste and with traditional sweet dough (for dessert options). There are also several options for soups and salads (also very tasty), drinks, including author's ones. That is, it is not only about "having a snack", but also about "having a full meal". We wanted to sit down with our friends, but apparently we began to block the passage and were asked to move, we immediately moved. The head waiter, Anna, aggressively replied about 15-20 minutes, and when she heard our request, she was rude (she barked, leaving our table) then wait 30 minutes. We left and we were followed by her accusation, "why are you coming to us if you don't like it?" We wanted to leave a review in the suggestion book, but she arrogantly refused us, arguing that we were not guests of the institution.
