They position themselves as a cool VAG service. They do really serious things. Communication 0. I understand that there is a queue, but... ANSWER THE QUESTIONS IN THE MESSENGERS, if you are leading them. The message is read, and the response is silence. And this is not the first time. They couldn't Russify the car for me.

There was a problem with Porsche, no one could help until VagFull was advised. The guys dealt with the problem very quickly and did it even faster than promised! Although hope has already disappeared after visiting other services, including official ones. Respect! There are definitely no better VAG specialists.
