A great motel, inexpensive, with nice bonuses- great breakfasts and a water park to boot.
The rooms are large, with a living room.
I've been vacationing there for the second time, I really like it, I definitely recommend it!

In general, everything is fine. The hotel is located on a large private territory, near a park and a water park. Clean and large rooms in the cottages, a good and hearty breakfast. They are cleaned in good faith. They give water to the room every day. But, for example, in the bathroom there is nothing in place of the curtain and water flies everywhere. The shower head also lets water through from everywhere, just not from where it's needed. Strange breakfast service. Coffee is served in portions, only black 1 in 1 hands. Get a beaker of espresso and "live with it" repeat just for the money.

I'll start with the fact that when you go in and buy a ticket, they don't explain anything where, what and why, you go figure it out yourself.Changing rooms, showers (mold, like a prison), storage rooms are all the most terrible things I've ever seen (things are stored in a laundry basket and for money) toilets have been terrible since Soviet times.
There is no staff at all, they do not explain anything, they also look askance at the Russians) the only thing that was normal was a couple of slides from which you need to ride buns, the other two did not work at all or scratched your back all over.The food there is not expensive.
No lessons are happening in the park, the paths are dirty, then all this dirt in the pool, everything is stripped. In general, my husband and I went to the pool, hugged-as a result, the instructors whistled and asked to separate from each other, insanity. The slide is generally paid, VIP / regular ticket does not matter at all. Pay money.
I do not advise anyone to visit this park (it says that it is open until 19:00-20:00, and they asked everyone to leave before 18:30)!!!

The old water park. But it's okay to lie down and sunbathe and swim. Extremely annoying to the staff. At the entrance, they look at the bag and do not let them with their food and drinks completely oborzeli. But I advise you to just cover it with a towel and then it will take a ride. There is also a lot of smart talk on the territory and they say where to go, where not to go, and so on. The prices at the bar are normal.

The rooms are poorly cleaned , hair was found in the shower.
We booked a room , we were supposed to check in at 15:00 , but arrived later at 22:00 and we were checked in for 40 minutes while the room was cleaned.
Nails are sticking out of the bed more carefully , they got hurt ! The door handles are so-so , they can fly out at any moment + half of the outlets do not work in the room.
Breakfast is scheduled from 8:30 to 11:00
We arrived at 10:00 , there was almost no food , we asked them to take it out .
The price/quality ratio does not correspond to reality.
Our friends have a leaky toilet in one of the rooms and there was no kettle in the room, I found the same review on the booking, dating back to March 22, and now if anything July 2022)))

Ужасное место. Заселились в номер - холодно, во входной двери дырка, температура в комнате близка к улечной. Дали обогреватель, включиди кондиционер, если выключить свет - отключается все отопление и розетки. На все вопросы персонал хлопает глазами, сожалеет и ничего не делает. В новый год пропала горячая вода, не было до середины первого числа, поиходил техник - зашел, сунул руку в воду, подтвердил что лна холодная и высказал сожаление. В номерах почти не убирают. Туалетной бумаги нет. При выезде также обвинили в пропаже полотенца.

The rooms are smoky, the bed linen with holes, the cheapest synthetic, the furniture is all old, shabby. The bathroom is just awful. There is no curtain, there are not enough towels. I do not recommend this place.
