My favorite salon, which I have been going to for 14 years for everything (manicure, pedicure, haircut, coloring, laser hair removal, eyebrows, grooming). There is a cozy warm atmosphere and an individual approach to each client. The administrators are attentive, friendly, and very customer-oriented. The masters are on top! Nail master Natalia Alshevskaya is the goddess of manicure and pedicure. The reception not only qualitatively "makes nails" and puts the feet in order, but also in some amazing way feels what the client needs. Hairdressers and cosmetologists are excellent professionals. I went for eyebrow correction and coloring. The first shock was that I was put on a cosmetology chair. Then they left me with the paint for 15 minutes and left, and immediately took everything off, without thinking about the corners. Next, they began to wax the overgrown hairs, touching the extended eyelashes, and leaving the wax on them after. What finished me off was that they started cutting my eyebrows. I returned home with Brezhnev's wide eyebrows, and immediately began to wash them. I do not advise you to come here for this procedure, they work as if they do not know how to do it at all, and the cost is set as for unlearned masters.

They don't know how to work with clients. My husband and I stopped by to consult with a hairdresser about my haircut and coloring. The receptionist told me to sit down and wait 15 minutes for the master to finish painting the client. We sat down and patiently waited for this time, and then asked the administrator to clarify with the master how much time we still have to wait and when the master will give us a couple of minutes. The receptionist approached the master and asked how much time she still had to paint and when she would give us time. To which the master replied, looking with her haughty gaze at us standing and waiting in the corridor, that she did not know how much time she still needed, she was very busy. Although I watched her work and I could have given her a minute of time. I lost time, and they lost a client. We left without the information we needed, to another salon. And there the master got distracted and gave me a couple of minutes, also answered all my questions. We used to have doubts, but now we definitely don't set foot there.

We went in and the receptionist talked for a long time, although she could distract herself and say wait a couple of minutes, minus. Cosmetologist Olga was only pulling money, lured to her from another clinic to do peels every week. After the protective layer of the skin disappeared and any acne passed for 2-3 weeks, I went to other specialists. As a result, they said that such procedures should be done once a month. She began to pour into her ears that the laser in their clinic was better to do, although there was a diode and it was weaker than alexandrite, because it was important to earn extra money. When she thought that I had been to another cosmetologist, this time there was a negative and biased reaction, as if they were doing me a favor. And what is written on the site that solves acne problems - they only made them worse for me.
It's terrible! the girl with the mop, glancing at me, proudly walked away down the corridor to the right (where laughter and the clink of cups could be heard). The time was 18.00 - is it lunch?? After standing in an empty hall for 5 minutes, no one came out to me.
Don't set foot here anymore! And I wanted to arrange a wedding hairstyle for myself and my sister...

I highly recommend this barbershop. Very qualified staff will tell you what to do and how to do it, even in some kind of design-long-lasting image change. Maybe of course I was lucky with master Natalia, but I want to believe in the best :)
Master Natalia made me a gel coating..... everything is terribly uneven, the varnish lies in gaps, horror, I will never go to her again, it doesn't happen worse, and all the nails are crooked. Gel is filled under each nail.
I want to warn you against visiting this salon. On recommendation, I accidentally got into Valerie's salon. to do straightening-smoothing hair Brazilian blowout. After the procedure, my hair turned into straw, all the ends became split, a ladder formed, the hair falls out at an incredible rate. As I was told, the smoothing technology was broken. The miracle master who ruined my hair is EKATERINA MISTEYKO! Avoid this salon.
