We took advantage of the bus tour from Valeria Tour with a vacation in Georgia (08/14/2019.) We chose it by reading the description on the Internet. We dreamed of combining a vacation at sea with excursions colorfully described in the tour program. As a result, it turned out that Dima (Jimiko), the tour organizer, does not have the proper experience and understanding of holding such events. I do not have licenses, certificates, and, accordingly, guarantees. It is very strange that Valeria tour, when describing a vacation in Georgia, does not control the quality of the excursions described in the tour and the selection of staff who provide them. The exception was a tour of Tbilisi. I explain: there is no clear schedule of excursions and their final cost. The cost of entrance tickets was not indicated when describing the tour. Thus, they were misleading, respectively, it is impossible to calculate the budget of a vacationer. Missed (paid) dinners due to excursions were not left, lunch boxes were not compensated.The word "lunch" in the tour plan meant visiting a restaurant at your own expense. I can specifically describe an excursion to Batumi organized by two minibuses. We were more lucky, because Shorena's guide and director Jimiko were on our bus. The guide allowed herself to talk on the phone during the excursions. And Jimiko braked the driver at the store, bought alcohol and cola, treated those who wanted a drink, then asked the driver to turn up the music louder, while the guide tried to tell us something. He breathed fumes on my child. In another car, the driver played the role of a guide. Who was next to the driver found out where the longest street is, where the kindergarten is, where the market is.As a result, the tour, which was announced at a cost of 35 lari, cost us 65 lari with entrance tickets to the botanical garden and the cable car. Such excursions are in Georgian: music, toasts, alcohol, zero useful information. If you are interested in gastronomic tours around the country, then of course they are suitable for you.
I pay special attention to the food at the hotel. The food is diverse and mostly cold, and the Georgian side has generally forgiven us for the declared "barbecue evening"... I recommend specifying the pre-set cost of meals in your package.
As for the hotel, it did not disappoint. Cleaning was carried out daily, towels and bed linen were changed regularly. There are also wonderful conditions and meals in transit hotels: Novocherkassk (MoscowNovocherkassk) and ZEDAZENI (Tbilisi).

I liked everything very much. The Andersen Hotel is in the city center, a very decent place. All the planned excursions were interesting and well organized, we saw everything that was promised according to the program. Special thanks to the head of the group Anna, drivers Sergey and Boris for their professionalism, kindness and responsiveness. There are
