I've been visiting the salon for over a year now, but I've only gotten around to writing a review now.
The best place I've ever been with my pets!
A few years ago, after a long and difficult treatment, it became necessary to put the cat in order. We couldn't have done it on our own. There was also a problem that after the operation and all the manipulations, the cat treated any procedures with fear and even aggression. We went around more than three salons, where we were turned back after 10-20 minutes. It was only here that they were able to find an approach right away and brought the cat into a gorgeous royal look.
After that, I came to the salon again with a second cat. She is shy and has a very thick and dense undercoat. To be honest, I was completely shocked, the hair after the procedures is hair to hair, soft and pleasant to the touch, and of course no molting in the near future.
This is not the first time we have come, and the result is always amazing, and the cat, despite her character, never looked intimidated or downtrodden after the procedures, just a little unhappy)
Of course, special thanks to the staff. The girls are always kind, sweet, and friendly. There have never been any problems with recording. Mandatory feedback, photo and video reports. Detailed consultation before and after the procedures, care tips, a guarantee and a good attitude))

I add it a month later ... we have read six Pomeranian puppies, now all except the head with bald patches and uneven areas. The master says that this is how it should be at the age of a puppy, but this is nonsense. It's a pity that they don't want to admit their guilt and give advice on how to act in such a situation, if they created it themselves. I'm very upset... they also said that they are about the same for puppies and adult dogs.… I was shocked by this, because a puppy and an adult have different skin and different fur, how can they be scratched with the same force when the puppy is still soft and sensitive…

Today, for the first time, we visited the express molt procedure with a cat. We were very impressed. Real professionals work in the salon. Master Alesya won us over, when she took the cat in her arms, I immediately realized that there was nothing to worry about. The fur of the cat after the procedure is soft, shiny, well-groomed. Thanks again to Master Alyosha for his kindness and well-done work, it is clear that the person is in "his place"! We will definitely come back to this salon! :)

It was interesting to be in a salon with such a star rating at different venues.
And we did not regret that we chose Valery Groom, and we were satisfied with the results of the Express shedding program for the pug.
In the salon, they worked with the pet in a way that it is impossible to do with your own hands at home.
Our first visit will not be the last, and we will treat ourselves and Mickey in this salon, despite the prices.

I wanted to put 4 stars, but it's a pity to spoil the rating of the place. This is not the first time we have visited this salon and we are always satisfied with the work. But today the Administrator spoiled the mood. Our cat does not like all the procedures for combing and bathing. We knew this, we always go only to this salon from the very beginning. We already know that in order for everything to go well, you need to give the cat an express sedation pill. Maybe this time the pill didn't work immediately, or something else. But they called us and said they couldn't wash the cat because she was very nervous today. We came to pick up our cat without any complaints, the master calmly explained to us that this happens, this time it was not possible to do the whole complex. Well, it happens, we thought. But when the master left, the administrator then spoiled our mood, saying that we need to contact the veterinarian about the behavior of our cat and that next time we might even "Turn around". In short, it seemed to me an extremely unfriendly person = (And she herself was not in the mood today. But the rest of the staff is very kind and always does their job well.

They refused to carry out express molting of the cat without preliminary washing, despite the fact that the cat is vaccinated, preventive treatment against ticks and worms is received in a timely manner.
I would advise the organization to consult with a VETERINARIAN and find out that if cats independently maintain the proper level of their hygiene, they DO NOT NEED WASHING!
There was no declared "individual approach"!

Always only here! It's not easy to cut a poodle in Asian style, but we found our salon, they are really the best! I really liked this place, even from the entrance: you need to walk along such a beautiful path overgrown with trees and bushes, just like in the jungle😅
Next, we were met by a nice girl, the administrator and the master. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the master, but she was very attentive, clarified all the important details and took my cat to the express molt. Usually my cat breaks out with horror in his eyes when you try to wash him, but everything went so smoothly that I was in outright shock. I couldn't watch the procedure, according to the rules, pet owners can't be inside, but the receptionist offered to take pictures of a couple of moments for me and thanks to this I was able to see how my fuzzy endured the procedure. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and most importantly, the cat tolerates this procedure! I was afraid we'd leave before we even started... I am very grateful for the careful attitude and professionalism. We will come again💛

York was brought to the complex, everything was discussed with the master before the procedure, she showed him with her finger what to do and how to do it.As a result, the dog was shaved to zero along with the muzzle, it turned out not York, but a rat, so it's also crooked.They cut off the cap to zero , although they clearly said not to touch anything.They also said a lot of things that the food was not normal and there was something wrong with the ears.Do you have doctors working there, why do you give such conclusions?Maybe the owners know their pets better, since they spend money on hygiene and care every month, they obviously take them to the vet.I do not recommend it.
