But what was my surprise when, instead of a fresh bouquet, they delivered, to put it mildly, half-rotted and crumpled flowers. I could barely get through, they said they could replace the bouquet with another one, or refund the money. Since no one wanted any bouquet anymore, we decided to refund the funds, but as it turned out, I also had to at my own expense, spending not only my money, but also my time, please note, to send the delivered bouquet back.
