Good afternoon! I ordered a bouquet for a girl yesterday (07.01.2025). It was the type of flowers that I originally wanted that was not there, the girl on the phone advised me to take others, photos of which I was not even offered to send. Since I've never encountered such a thing, I agreed according to the description. But what was my surprise when, instead of a fresh bouquet, they delivered, to put it mildly, half-rotted and crumpled flowers. I could barely get through, they said they could replace the bouquet with another one, or refund the money. Since no one wanted any bouquet anymore, we decided to refund the funds, but as it turned out, I also had to at my own expense, spending not only my money, but also my time, please note, to send the delivered bouquet back. It turns out that both me and the girl were left not only in a bad mood, but also not in zero, but in the red, if we take money into account. Please take action.

I wouldn't even give one star for such a horror, there are already 2 bouquets and all the flowers can be thrown into the trash after an hour (we decided to give them 2 chances ), and the same ones arrive with delivery.
On March 8, they could have already sold normal flowers, I had already written to them (they said that they would allegedly give the information to the management) , but no one even twitched, I do not advise you to contact and order delivery from this store , it is not worth your spoiled mood and spending a lot of money to enjoy 5 minutes when you they will be delivered , by the way , for the first time , a man came to me from the delivery and said that he did not advise me to even contact this store (there is a video confirming this)

The bouquet is poorly packaged. By the way, this is not the first time. Flower delivery using Yandex delivery is trash. You should warn that you do not have couriers and the delivery is carried out by Yandex Delivery. In fact, the courier called the girl and told her to come down to pick her up , and 15 minutes before that, the notification came to the phone. There was no surprise, it would have been better if he had delivered it himself. I won't order any more from you and I won't recommend it.…

Disgusting service.
I ordered a bouquet for my mom on March 8th.
The flowers died the very next morning. They took me to a replacement. The new bouquet did not last even 24 hours. Support is stalling for time. As a result, after 3 days, they gave the number of the manager, who talks defiantly and blames the buyer for everything.
Bottom line: the supervisor stopped picking up the phone, and the bouquet is in the trash.

I had to call myself and ask when the bouquet would be delivered. The second time was on a public holiday. I understand everything, the courier is loaded, somewhere it does not have time, but you can warn about it. This time, no one answered the phone, so not only that, they also dropped it. In general, 0/10. Terrible service, the second order was clearly a mistake
