I ordered flowers 3 weeks before the day of delivery so as not to worry at the last moment. They called me and said that there are no flowers at the moment, but we will call back closer to the date and offer options.
There were 3 days left before the delivery date, no one contacted me, I was worried and wrote to them and to my surprise, I was informed that my order was not in the database, i.e. the order was simply lost and if I had not called back myself, my mother would have been left without a bouquet at all. They offered to place a new order, but I was making a bouquet of several types of flowers and I no longer remember the number and exact inscription on the postcard. Before that, for 1.5 weeks I tried to recover the password from my personal account on the site, it never came, there was no access to my personal account.
After I told you exactly what flowers I needed, we started the design in a new way, spent about 2 hours on all this. As a result, I am informed that these colors are not there.
I will never order at this place again.
I made an order for my mom's birthday.
I ordered it through the bouquet designer on the website, after which I received a call in which I was frantically told that one item that I had chosen was out of stock and they would be replaced with similar ones. During the payment, I noticed that the price had changed (my mistake was not to immediately specify why, I thought it might be related to the replacement)
I asked her to send me a photo, and after receiving it, I realized that there was no position in the bouquet that should have been there.
I wrote to them to sort out the situation and ask them to add the missing item, to which they reply that this position was not on the receipt and that the bouquet had been sent (although they say on the website about the freshness of the flowers that I can ask for a photo to verify the quality of the work done, which should mean at least my approval before sending the bouquet, since I asked for it myself, apparently after all, five years of experience did not help much to develop a good system for unforeseen situations)
After such an answer, I throw them a screenshot of the completed order that I had on the website, in response they tell me that this is probably a system error and that in any case I paid for the bouquet that was finally sent to me.
In any case, the point here, of course, is not the money, but the fact that in the end I did not get what I wanted and faced a completely irresponsible attitude towards customers.
As a result, I got a spoiled mood and poor impressions of the service.
It is clear that the person to whom they were delivered brought only positive emotions and this is a blessing.
On my own, I want to say that this was the last time I used your service, and I also advise others to think a few times before contacting us.
And if you provide any guarantees to your clients, then be kind enough not just to talk nonsense, but to actually fulfill what you promise.
A large assortment of beautiful bouquets are ready, but unfortunately fresh flowers do not always arrive.
With proper care, some bouquets of fresh flowers stood for a week, and some began to drop buds on the second day. It is a pity that large bouquets cost little in time.
