I want to share my story.
I bought a bed and a mattress in this store.
How it all started I ordered a bed, they told me it would be in 10 days (we will dial you) now it's been 10 days, then 12.
I come to the store in person, and it turns out they just forgot about me and didn't place an order. Since it was almost the end of the working day when I ordered.
Then, when everything arrived a week later, and the delivery was all as expected.
My bed was brought to me during my working hours, and naturally, in a hurry to get back to work, I quickly unloaded it and left, despite the mattress tags.
I come home in the evening and assemble the bed.
And, of course, I throw out all the garbage that remains.
Two weeks have passed, they call me saying that we got mixed up and sent you the wrong mattress (more expensive).
They say you can either pay extra or change to the one you need. That is, later on they wanted to sell a used mattress to someone.
Of course, I don't agree with this scam and told them to solve your problems yourself. I signed the documents. I got the furniture.
They told me we heard you.
I get a call from them 3 minutes later. They start shouting (threatening) at me, but you're like that. We'll come and pick it up, etc
. I just said goodbye and hung up.
The next thing you know, you get text messages from them on Viber.

My answer to them is also indicated. To which they simply remained silent.
I ask the director of the company to pay attention to the communication of employees with clients.
I do not advise anyone to contact this company!!!

Good afternoon! We purchased a Premier-3 corner sofa in this store. The situation is as follows… When choosing a sofa, it was important for us that the corner was on the left. The exhibition model in the store was on the right side. The consultant and I discussed several times the importance for us of the location of the corner on the left. The consultant assured us that the angle is universal and it is easy to change the angle yourself, so we decided to order this model, but in a different fabric. The sofa was delivered from Brest in a couple of days. When it came to the assembly of the sofa, it turned out that the location of the corner is not interchangeable. We immediately contacted a consultant at the store, asking them to clarify the situation. In turn, the consultant turned to the storekeeper for help, so that he "taught" us how to change the corner of the sofa. The storekeeper made it clear that the sofa does not have a universal angle, and tried to explain how you can change the angle yourself, while you need to violate the integrity of the sofa - swap the guides by drilling new holes. When trying to reverse the angle, it turned out that the guides for the back bar still needed to be re-drilled, which led to a violation of the integrity of the fabric. The consultant's negligence and our trust in him cost us 2,700 BEL.rub. . We ask the management to pay attention to the incompetence of their employees who give false information due to ignorance of the characteristics of the product or due to negligent attitude to work for the sake of sales. Customers who will purchase goods in this store are advised to carefully double-check the information about the product, even if the consultant beautifully explained it to you, smiling at all 32.
