The Vanilka Entertainment Center was a delight to visit this center. We have already been here many times, and each time we receive only positive emotions. It is also convenient to leave the children and go shopping quietly or sit at a table and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. There is a bathroom for children. That's not a little good staff, And it's also cool to celebrate a child's birthday!!!! I definitely recommend visiting the Vanilki entertainment center

They left with a wild sediment . The employee's disorganization and incompetence. We came with a child
to use the center's services for the first time. I paid for 30 minutes of entertainment according to the price list, took off my shoes and went to get acquainted with the contents of the center. The employee did not ask if we had already been to the center, did not offer to show us the contents of the center, nor did she familiarize us with the safety and conditions of the center. About 15 minutes later, my 2-year-old child asked to go to the toilet, we went up to the employee to ask where the toilet was, they gave us a key and explained where to go (outside the entertainment room itself), I put on my child's shoes and started putting them on myself, at that time my child ran onto the mat, and I followed him so that the child would not climb anywhere unattended. After we returned from the toilet, the employee slipped us to sign in the magazine, which acquainted us with the rules of the room (although she did not tell us the conditions here either) - I signed, and after that she fined me 20 rubles for dry cleaning, for running after the child on the mat. I paid, telling her that we had not been warned about this, and I ran so as not to leave my child unattended. There are no such sanctions in their price list. After that, we continued to play with the child, and after this situation, the employee suggested that we familiarize them with their room and the features of some games.

Unfortunately, this is the nearest entertainment place for a small child, but their attitude towards visitors discouraged the desire to return to this room.

There is no public toilet on the 2nd floor, but there is a toilet in the children's entertainment center!
Nice place, with good view and staff! We liked everything!
You can bring your own treats, coffee or tea can be ordered from the reception!
We also celebrated the child's birthday in a cool way!!! I liked the variety of activities at the children's center!
