At the alcohol department where drinks wanted to buy a case of water, a whole 6 bottles in a pile. I went to the cash register, there was an older woman standing there, as I understood the owner of the store, and she was writing something to herself somewhere, I asked for water, she didn't answer anything, then a guard ran up to her on some business, she let's talk to him, I'm ignoring.. then she muttered something under her breath, and as it turned out, it was me, I asked again for water, to which I received a shouted and rude response that I had already been "answered", and the essence of the answer was that they open the drawers and punch each bottle separately, I asked why, because the barcodes they are identical on this water, to which I received the answer that I "should know what they have been doing for so long" (this is the first time I have heard of such a thing). I consider such behavior to be at least disrespectful.. I came in a good mood, but I didn't leave very well, and I won't visit this charity shop anymore, since we don't have a shortage of shops on Budech.
Terrible staff, rude, there is always no change (in the heat with a child they went for water, which costs 38 rubles., there was not enough change, they gave 50 rubles., they turned out to let go, they also sniffed)
