An interesting place. It is very similar to the Turkish ancient cities in Cappadocia, but the preservation is much better.
Entrance is 15 lari per person + 2 lari transfer, which you don't have to take, it's not far to go there, even if it's up. We just didn't have much time, we arrived a little late, took a transfer. To walk there, if thoughtfully and with photos, then for two hours, probably. Yes, you can take an audio guide for 10-12 GEL, it seems, or a personal guide for 45.
There are wonderful views from the walls!
There is a functioning temple inside, you can enter if you wish.
If you haven't seen anything like this, then it's definitely worth a visit.
But even for us, who have seen quite a lot of ancient cities, it was interesting)
A very very interesting place! I liked it more than on Chufut-Kala, in the Crimea. I was especially impressed by the underground passage in the center of the building!
You can go up by bus. It is easier to go down on foot, passing through the structure.
There is a functioning temple on the territory.
