Yesterday I went to your coffee shop for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. A small but very cozy space with a nice interior. It's great that there is a summer terrace) I also liked the service. A barista with blonde hair helped determine the order, made a wonderful cappuccino and lifted the mood for the whole day) As soon as I'm in the area, I'll definitely stop by for a great coffee and mood!

I went in, there was no one, I was waiting, I asked if anyone was there, silence, stood for a couple more minutes and left. It means that a girl with a cigarette and a phone is standing 5 meters under a tree from the entrance and does not pay any attention that someone has entered and has already left. It was clear that it was an employee of the coffee shop, as she was wearing a branded T-shirt. In general, I feel good about cooking, but this situation is on the verge of absurdity.

Hello. We usually go to Independence 164. The barista girl there is very nice and always makes coffee very tasty. We went there the day before yesterday and took Americano with syrup, as well as mulled wine from the winter menu. Today we went to the cooking shop for the first time at 181 Independence Street. Today we took the same thing there and they did it just terribly. We couldn't drink it and had to pour it out. Americano is so sickly sweet and bitter at the same time, and mulled wine has an incomprehensible taste. It tastes incredibly nasty. Also, a barista girl (blonde with pigtails, like Elizabeth) kissed her boyfriend right at the checkout in front of us. We also scanned the app, but we didn't receive any points. A flower fell from the closet on my head in the toilet!!! We were terribly upset and went to our favorite cooking place, where Alexandra made us very tasty as usual.

We arrived at 20.40. A young man (barista) He said there was no milk, ice for 1 serving. We walked around and returned 10 minutes later. Nothing has changed. There were no people on the first visit and on the second. I called the number in Yandex.maps. They said: there is milk. I explained the situation and said: let's clarify now. They came in and told us again: there is no milk. After he said that he called the number, they said: then I'll go get the milk, wait 10 minutes. We Waited 15-18 minutes. As a result, we received drinks, but there was no interest in work. We understand that it may not be the barista's fault, but there was no interest in us as customers. Thank you for at least giving some milk (giving the cat a drink)
But in the end, they closed the coffee shop in 15 minutes (I took a picture later, but you'll see on camera) with some people inside. We also wanted to take a seasonal match (peach / strawberry), but since it is closed, we sat almost until closing and left

Брал кофе американо 28.05.23. Полный отстой. Порция мизерная по сравнению с ценой. На дне обнаружил вместо осадка крупинки кофе размером до 3 мм. Наливальщик(слово бариста не для него) даже не поинтересовался,с сахаром или без. Приволок без сахара. Особо отмечу работу вчерашнего наливальщика. Перед нами обслуживал 2-х девушек. Что сложного,2 кофе и 2 пироженки? Так нет, у этого варёного мухи процесс занял 7 минут. Так и хотелось сказать "М...к,возьми и обработай паром сразу,в одной руке, 2 ножа и 2 вилки и сразу их протри,а не тяни кота за я..а,обрабатывая и протирая по одной". Да и подавать заказ посетителям можно с использованием двух рук,а не носить по одному кофе,одной пироженке и отдельно вилку с ножом.

Никаких претензий к кофе и десертам, но девочки, можно ведь обслуживать по-человечески. По отзывам вчера решили посетить вашу кофейню с сестрой, кофе и десерт принесли, на остальном забили, ни тебе салфеток, ни приборов десерт скушать, ни сахара с ложечкой для кофе, специально долго ждали, а вдруг принесут - ноль реакции... Ну это не ваш уровень...Руководство, обучите свой персонал работе с клиентами.
