I am pleased to have a coffee shop in the city, but the quality of service is low, the coffee shop is located all over the country and this is the first time I have seen such an attitude towards customers, the staff is absolutely not friendly, they do not know their stop list of products, discussing what is not available just before payment, the coffee is good, croissants are small, dry, I constantly visit this institution in I've never seen the signs "staff-only restroom" there. I'm sorry, but I can't wash my hands or fix my makeup, most likely they don't know about customer orientation here.

We came on a business trip to Kalinkovichi. The presence of a coffee shop was very pleased. We ordered coffee and a croissant with ham and pesto. Americano is not bad at all. But the croissant... frankly, it's not fresh. If you have been to cooking in Minsk, then to see this on a plate for 9.5 is one disorder. Crumbles, dry, different slicing of cucumber and ham.
As for the atmosphere, it's very dirty. Dust is everywhere, hair on the floor. 9 a.m. on Friday and such a state in the institution is strange somehow.
The service is nothing ordinary.
I really wanted to express my complaints, but there was no time. The morning turned out to be ruined. I do not recommend cooking in Kalinkovichi. You'd better buy a bun and a sausage at the store. It's more budget-friendly and definitely tastier.
Addition: my colleague was told on an Instagram story with the same message that the barista had prepared croissants a couple of minutes before our arrival. Sorry, but it doesn't look like a freshly made dough product.

Hello, I came to the cooking today, said hello, I was ignored, took the order with a dissatisfied face, asked to add more caramel to the ice latte, the girl refused because there is already caramel there, I asked again and she added it with a dissatisfied face, and her colleague laughed at that, disgusting service and staff! And also my friend's ice latte was thick, with an incomprehensible taste, there was no taste of coffee, it felt like one milk, and it was kind of expired, they didn't finish it!... Also, as it turned out, we were not given the change, we noticed it only after we left, HORROR!!!!
