I want to write a warm review about the cafe on Dzerzhinsky Street in Minsk.
The atmosphere of comfort, as in principle in all cafes "Varka", is invariable.
Since I'm a coffee lover, the coffee here is very tasty!
The staff - Anna and (if I'm not mistaken) - Gleb, wonderful young guys who are always positive, try to serve quickly and clearly, the most important thing is that they always hear, they will tell you, and with their help you can quickly decide what to take delicious for coffee!!!

Since I live nearby, I very often take coffee here. And I want to say that this is a very controversial place. Among the advantages: delicious coffee, delicious pates, delicious breakfasts, convenient location, beautiful interior. Unfortunately, there are also a lot of disadvantages, and the most important one is that it is impossible to come to breakfast and have breakfast. The cafe opens at 8 am, I went in several times at about 8:30 - 8:45 and I was asked to wait a long time several times, because 1) breakfast will take a long time to prepare and 2) for some reason, the priority of Yandex delivery (and she is here, as I understand, every morning) is higher than that of a guest. Until they collect a whole order in Yandex delivery, you can forget about breakfast. Twice I waited here for breakfast for about an hour (I HAD to have breakfast BEFORE work), but in the end I had breakfast when I already had to work. The second major disadvantage is the staff. Very often there is a feeling that you are communicating with the closet, often they just stand there and do not notice you, they continue to count something or pick at the phone. When I asked about the seasonal menu, I got a look full of dislike. Girls, telling what's in the composition is your damn job, as well as smiling in response to a greeting!
The third disadvantage is excessive friendliness to dogs. I have nothing against a cafe where you can go with a dog, but I am against the fact that a dog runs around the whole place, sits on chairs and climbs into my plate!!!
And in the summer I tried to buy sangria 3 times, all the times I was told that there was no sangria, while the last time the girl said that sangria was gone, while before my eyes, behind her back, the second barista poured into a glass something from a bag with the inscription Sangria, which she took from the locker under a coffee machine with the same tetrapacks. Is that how you explain it at all?
As a result, 3 points only for delicious coffee.

for the second time they forgot about my coffee at all (the same girl). both employees just sat on their phones until I came over to check when the coffee would be ready. and once again they forgot to make it hotter

We sat in the coffee shop for 10 minutes, all this time some wild joke made her laugh so much that the hum was all over the coffee shop.I think it's very unprofessional when your clients behave like that.

Often lately I have to go to this coffee shop, because there is nothing better in the area.

1) the spiders were hanging on the wall, fortunately they were quickly removed, 2) then the barista began to whip something in a blender - with such a noise as if a puncher, I do not understand how you can do this with guests, and not go at least to the kitchen, because of this rumble, there is no desire to come here and leave money here.
3) With kindness and so on, I will not say anything at all, once for once it is not necessary.
+ But I was pleased with the cocoa this day was decent, but in the past times, for example, buckwheat tea had to be returned because of the terrible taste of the water.

The assortment in the maps is large, but there are practically no real dishes. The menu is completely different. Only pancakes and croissants.
There was no ricotta in the ricotta pancakes at all... there was sour cream. The coffee was cold, it took a long time. The pancakes turned out to be not of their own production, but semi-finished products, BUT this is not mentioned anywhere. We won't come again.

In cooking on Jan Chechot, cheesecakes cost 9 rubles, and besides, they are really very tasty in themselves. I would like the establishments to keep up with each other neither in terms of service quality nor prices.
It will also be nice if the staff is more friendly and smiling, rather than sad and tired.
