But where are the advertised Special desserts for March 8th? The time is noon - 12.00. The choice of desserts was small. The usual selection of Varka desserts is very good. Separately, about coffee. Cappuccino has a pronounced bitterness. Perhaps dark roast grains..., there are many factors. I think this coffee has its own lover. I like the balanced taste of coffee. I recently visited this wonderful coffee shop and was very satisfied). The stylish interior and cozy atmosphere are immediately striking, which is ideal for meetings with friends or just to enjoy a cup of fragrant coffee alone.
The service was top-notch: the staff was polite and attentive, quickly took the order and brought drinks. I would especially like to mention the barista who helped me choose a drink and told me about different types of coffee.
As for the menu, it turned out to be diverse and interesting. I tried several types of coffee and desserts, and everything was delicious! I especially liked the coffee drink with an unusual taste.The prices in the coffee shop are quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of drinks and desserts. There are many favorite places, and the coffee shop deserves the status of a "place of power". The staff here is incredibly polite and attentive, always smiling, advising something delicious and generally creating a very warm atmosphere! And their coffee... it's just divine! Every time I order a cappuccino, I realize that it's the best coffee in town. I also really like their latte art, but at times I spoiled the drawing when I poured cinnamon, and one of the baristas suggested that we immediately clarify that cinnamon was already in the recipe. This advice is very valuable to me because I often like to take beautiful photos. They cook with the soul, it is felt.
Playing music on vinyl records makes the coffee shop unique. I always get stuck on music while waiting for an order. There is also a shelf with books where you can borrow something to read or leave your book. I've already exchanged a couple of times, and each time I leave with a new interesting book.
After this coffee shop, I always have a burst of energy and a good mood for the whole day. It's a place where you want to come back again and again. Thank you for such an atmosphere and for making each of my visits special! 💛

I'm thrilled. We were passing through Belarus with a dog, and I was surprised that you can hardly go anywhere with a dog. I have a well-mannered dog, in Moscow, of course, we are spoiled by the high level of service and go to shops, cafes and restaurants, without thinking that they might not let us in.
Friends, letting a client in with his well-behaved dog is a competitive advantage -one; forming a permanent community is two; such a client can order additional menu items is three; and in general it improves the atmosphere of the institution!

I am a big fan of the cooking network and I was very glad that we opened it in Mogilev and in such a convenient place.

Well, and the review, respectively.
The establishment was greeted with a pleasant atmosphere. The interior in the style of modern classics is acceptable and interesting. Cheap, but tasteful. The music is pleasant, unobtrusive and quiet.
But the staff of the institution is an ambiguous moment. According to other reviews, the time of submission is a clear problem of the institution. But in principle it is understandable: the institution has just opened, the staff has not yet had time to "get their hands full", so many of the disadvantages regarding the work of the guys are clear and excusable, but not all. I have no complaints about the service: no one entered into a confrontation with me, there were no conflicts, the guys were polite and tactful, but they did their job somehow, and the waiting time for me was about 10 minutes.
I took espresso and flat white (as a dairy item) without additives on standard milk.
The flat is just disgusting. Maybe two espresso shots are supposed to be there, but they were obviously overdone with milk, and the fundamental presence of foam exclusively for an indistinct latte was also not encouraging. As a result, the wrong serving temperature and the composition with gramophones, taken from the sky, ruined the drink, and I had to drink something cold in the style of "grandma's cocoa".
The espresso (at the end of the dopio) didn't turn out very well either. The cream is dark, thin, stained, overextraction is evident, and everything tastes accordingly: coffee is excessively sour, there is a lot of bitterness, in general, violence against Arabica. The profile shows only chocolate and nuts, nothing more, everything else is clogged with acid.
Both drinks tasted like a dirty coffee machine. The staff's lack of experience in all areas is very noticeable.

Bitter coffee, but cozy interior
I visited Varka on the day of their official opening. I was pleased with the interior - warm shades, interesting design, comfortable chairs at a long table. The only thing is that if you sit next to the counter, then people in the queue can hurt you.
I took a double cappuccino and a chocolate chip cookie. The cappuccino came out bitter: despite the double shot of espresso, you want to taste the coffee, not the bitterness.
They forgot about my cookies, so I had to go to the counter myself and remind them. As a result, the cookies turned out to be very hard.
Unfortunately, since the grain is supplied to the entire franchise, it is unlikely that the cappuccino taste will improve. If you come in, I advise you to take the most milky coffee drinks, or raf)

There is a big disadvantage. When buying Americano coffee with milk, I immediately noticed that the milk had curdled. I was assured that the milk was fresh. After leaving the cafe and taking a sip, I realized that the coffee was SOUR. It feels like the coffee water was laced with citric acid (but hopefully not with chemicals). The barista came back and informed me about it. They tried to assure me that the coffee was sour. Guys, the sourness of coffee and citric acid are still distinguishable. And I wouldn't have written this review if they had simply apologized to me. I understand everything, everyone is wrong. But damn, the impression is ruined.

I really liked this place. Polite staff, pleasant comfortable atmosphere, clean, cool renovation. Croissants are the most delicate and moderately sweet, red velvet is very tasty. Hot chocolate is generally a delight! I am from Minsk myself, I love Cooking in Minsk, I was surprised that there were no people in such a beautiful place in Mogilev when I arrived (Saturday evening). We came to your coffee shop with good expectations, despite the many negative reviews. It was a little sad that the cafe owner put in so much effort and received negative feedback. We decided to give it a chance and see for ourselves. The first thing that catches your eye is the haughty look of the girl who takes orders (a dark girl with glasses). We order the author's drink from the matches and get the rude answer "no matches". Okay, we'll take another drink, and we'll get a rude "just on the spot" tone again. After such communication, it was possible to turn around and leave. I specifically specified the waiting time, and they answered us in 5 minutes. We sat down at a table directly in front of the reception desk. It took about 7 minutes, and the order was already delivered to people who arrived later than us, but not to us. The hall was half empty, there was no excitement. 10 minutes after payment, we come to ask for a refund (no one was going to bring the order to us) and leave. Appeal to the owner: you need to change the staff to a more loyal one, plus everything was beautifully decorated in the hall, but it was quite dirty (jam is smeared on the floor). Bowls for dogs were placed at the entrance between the doors, it is unclear how a dog should drink water. The menu should be up-to-date, and a sign or advertisement should be posted about the "on-site only" conditions. I don't want to give you a second chance after such a trip. The first visit is from the category of "expectation/reality". In the IG, the establishment has a large selection of desserts - in fact, there were three positions for a couple of "tired" desserts (even after 3+ hours, when we went in again, the situation did not change). We waited for the drink for 15+ minutes, although there are several baristas on shift, and very few people. The tables are dirty.
Given the above-average prices and not friendly service, it is better to visit a trusted place than to return here.
