The coffee here is just great! I tried their signature latte, and it turned out to be a real work of art. The coffee was brewed to perfection, with a rich taste and light sweetness. Visiting the Varka chain coffee shop remained a long time ago. I also liked the delicious coffee, rich tea, and desserts. The service is good, all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy. The prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend it.

I love Cooking for the professionalism of the staff, they are at the highest level in every part of Minsk, but this place disappointed me extremely:(No friendliness from the staff, a long wait and all this could have been pushed off to a heavy workload in the coffee shop, but there were two of us there, besides, I asked to make me a match with banana milk, the barista mixed everything up and did it on a regular one, I, as a person suffering from lactose allergy, did not appreciate it. As a result, two stars for the service and one for the second barista who noticed this inaccuracy, thank you very much from me and my stomach!

I don't know about you girls, I just can't imagine my morning without a glass of ice latte on almond 😝😝😝😭😭😭😘😘😘. I recently visited this coffee shop and got there when Daria was on shift. Daria turned out to be a friendly, interesting conversationalist and one of the most competent employees in a long time (it is very rare to see an employee who is so well suited to his job). Daria helped me choose the coffee and did exactly what I wanted. The room is clean and pleasant, I want to come to this coffee shop all the time. I will definitely come back here again! At some point, the waitress came up and noticed in front of everyone that I had 'exceeded' the time limit in the cafe and invited the exit with these words.
Rudely. It's unethical. Unprofessional.
For my part, I note: serials do not look at the whole sound at the workplace and they do not occupy the visitors' table for loud communication with friends about purchases on wildberries!
This is the first time I have come across such an attitude of the staff to the guests!
I will add for the sake of justice that the coffee at this point was like a powder, an unpleasant 'medicinal, a la medicinal' taste after it.
The cafe is right next to work, but there is no one else here, even despite this.😁

The whole impression of the place was ruined by the barista girl. I ordered a latte and asked to add cinnamon when cooking. As a result, they gave it without cinnamon, and to my question "Where is the cinnamon?" they answered "There is a jar there, pour it yourself"
She also asked for a ring with condensed milk, but to give it back after I go wash my hands. As a result, I come, the girl just goes about her business and doesn't even look at me. When I ask her to give me the ring, she starts punching a new one. At that time, besides mine, there were no more orders and there were 3 people in the institution itself, so it's hard to forget about it. In general, the girl was unhappy, as if I had forced her to work here. There are no questions about food and coffee.

Previously, coffee was tastier, now it has somehow become sour or something, it would have been 5 * before, but now I can only give 4 (I gave 1 for delicious croissants).

An unpleasant experience happened with this Cooking. We came to study English with a tutor in the summer, it was very hot, there was no air conditioning, so we took a table in the shade. It took about 15 minutes of class, a barista girl came up to us, interrupted and asked us to take a bar table by the window (where the sun was shining brightly), because they can't sit with laptops and a "coffee shop is a walk-through." Firstly, the coffee shop was empty because it was a weekday and it was small, people take coffee and leave. Secondly, the time limit is 2 hours in a laptop, and we have just started (the lesson lasts 1.5 hours)! It was very unpleasant and ugly, in fact we were kicked out of there (it is impossible to sit at a table by the window because of the sun), although my tutor had already ordered coffee. I understand if there was an influx of people or a day off!
I don't recommend coming here. There is little room for gatherings with friends, it is forbidden to work / study, at most - take a coffee to take away.

Today, on a cold winter morning, I decided to treat myself to the tastiest Americano. Of course, the choice fell on Varka!! I didn't regret my choice at all, because the friendly sweet barista made a wonderful coffee for me! I was satisfied with this coffee shop, although I was always skeptical about such establishments, but this is a completely different case - the atmosphere created by the interior and staff, especially pleased the barista Mikhail, his dedication and professionalism left very pleasant emotions and a desire to return again. One of the advantages is the convenient location. We came in several times in the summer and there was nothing from cold drinks, due to the fact that there is no ice, it was disappointing. There is a little lack of comfort in the coffee shop itself and order in the restroom.

The first time I ordered a drink from the seasonal menu, I was warned about the waiting time of about 15 minutes, which is acceptable. However, 20 minutes later, the wrong drink was brought to me, and I had to wait another 15 minutes for my own. As a result, they brought a half-empty glass of cold coffee. At another point, I saw the girl with the same drink, the volume was much larger. For the second time, I ordered a classic raf, waiting to drink a drink, which is made in all establishments, including other cooking points, with the addition of vanilla syrup. It turned out that at this point the formulation of drinks is different and instead of syrup there is 8 grams of ordinary sugar. In general, the staff is polite, but not focused. I really love cooking, usually there were no problems, but I won't go to this point anymore.

There was only one barista in the coffee shop on Friday morning. We waited a very long time for our coffee, although there were only 2 people in front of us. There were four of us and we spent at least 30 minutes waiting in the coffee shop + a large queue formed after us, many left when they saw how many people were waiting for their drinks. Please listen to the administrators of this point, one guy could not cope with the morning flow of people, given that the menu does not have the easiest items to prepare.
