I liked everything - the coffee and food are delicious, the staff is pleasantly served. Just a big request, please TURN off this terrible music. Children, families, civilized and decent people come here, and all you can hear in the cafe are obscene words and disgusting music. It's very embarrassing. You're sitting with a child and the guy on the radio describes in detail how he had sex with prostitutes. Is this normal? I was there for less than 20 minutes - the word fuck and whom (your girl , a hoe, a bitch) I heard more than 15 times. I feel like I went to a nightclub or I live in a ghetto in Chicago. At least turn on the censored version or not so loud.

Ironically, I went there just to drink coffee from a yellow mug. I took a raf and a citrus tartlet. The coffee is normal, the dessert is awesome, but it's too sweet for an amateur. A cozy place, pleasant baristas, good food. I would like to try other items from the drinks menu, I will definitely come back

In the same institution in Vitebsk (the same coffee shop chain), the service and friendliness are on top, they greeted and wished a good day, and there was attention. And here it seems to be the capital, but the service is terrible.

Unfortunately, I do not know the names of the barista girls today (5.12.2023), but this is just an abomination. We went with a friend under her house just to drink something warming, saw a menu where there was mulled wine and other hot drinks with alcohol, the girls immediately had a distorted face when we started looking at this menu, almost rolled their eyes and did not click. They asked the girl at the checkout for two mulled wines, she grinned and said "good luck" to her partner. I understand that MB is to cook everything in pairs and then wash so many dishes, but is it my problem that the coffee shop has such positions, and employees are required to do their work, for which they are paid. She could have just accepted the order and cursed us as much as she wanted in her head and discussed it behind her back with her colleague. And if you are not satisfied with your job to such an extent, please quit and do not spoil your opinion about the place.

I stayed for a couple of nights in the machines in the same house. I wanted a quick snack in the morning. I found varka in Yandex maps. I called the specified number, they came to ask if there were any tables available - the call was dropped and they did not call back. I went for luck. Everything was delicious: both pastries and coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful. It turned out that there was an entrance from the courtyard, and there was no need to go around the whole house. But there is no sign above this entrance. And it is not possible to understand that you can eat your cherished breakfast rather)

And on weekends there is no change, then it is more interesting for them to communicate with each other than to serve customers, then orders are confused, then coffee spills past their glasses ... 4 stars only for the fact that there are two cool guys - a guy and a girl, names, unfortunately, I do not know. I would like to leave a review about my visit to your coffee shop.On 17.07 at 19:54 we were with a girl in a cooking shop on Repin Street 4.We asked two girls to make us a cracker raf. In response, we were told that they do not know how to make it, but they can try to cook it for the first time. Very surprised and puzzled, we agreed, because we really wanted to try the drink that you recognized as the best drink of autumn. After 5 minutes, we were given a raf. To say that it was impossible to drink it is to say nothing. His face was already contorted from the salinity. We told the girls this, and they just poured 10 g of caramel syrup into it and gave us a taste again, hoping to remove the salinity of the drink. Of course, this did not fix the situation, so we had to ask them to redo the drink again. The second time it turned out better than the first, but the taste still left much to be desired. As a result, we no longer began to torment the girls and, upset, took away the drink, which, unfortunately, we still could not finish. We have been regular customers of your coffee chain for a long time, but this case left a very negative aftertaste.

We ate for breakfast:oatmeal porridge with bananas and nuts, croissant with salmon and cheesecakes (also with banana). I can say specifically for myself-I have never eaten anything tastier than this porridge in my life. Syrup, bananas add flavor to it and create the perfect combination together! The salmon in the croissant is large, for the entire length of the croissant.
