Filters and consumables are local. The staff was competent and polite. In general, I was satisfied. 4 stars because the consumables for the box were not all.

In the process, they drained the oil to me, unscrewing the plug in the pallet and that's it (previously they also sucked me out oil through the filler neck, with a special device), to my question, the replacement specialist answered so it was necessary, filled in new oil, unscrewed 4 screws and changed the air filter, to my question why they did not vacuum, the oil replacement specialist replied that the vacuum cleaner was broken, while he did not close the filler neck, where he filled new oil, the compressor began to blow into the air filter box, all the sand flew to the sides, getting into the filler neck, then screwed back the screws and the filler cap. Ready!!!
To my comments, why should I pay 5 rubles for replacing the air filter, because the full volume of promised services has not been fulfilled, the girl, the administrator began to talk aggressively, convincing me that the vacuum cleaner was working, then asking an oil change specialist, agreed that the vacuum cleaner was broken and began to give as arguments that they don't do anything here for free and if they disagree, then they shouldn't have come here, after these statements I have no questions, as well as the desire to service your cars... I changed the oil in the engine, I'm not very happy. I wanted to change the cvt box, I asked about the probe in Nissan, they said there was something. But the price of oil is not the lowest.
As a rule, there is no queue, the oil filter is all in stock, the price tag is acceptable, I went there more than once and changed the oil, everything suits me)))!!!
I really do not recommend an oil change in this place. With an engine oil volume of 2.8 liters (all previous replacements in other places were exactly this volume), 3.5 liters were filled in. (They were given from a 4-liter canister of 0.5 liters) When I picked up the car, I asked why so much was filled in, the "master" told me that along the upper border of the probe. I arrived home, after 40 minutes I decided to check the level. And what I see is that he is 0.8cm taller than the maximum. I went back to them, I show them, so they started telling me that it was even better and I don't understand anything and when you start the car, the oil will be distributed in the engine and the level will be normal. With a "fight", 0.4 liters were pumped out in half (the level became higher than the middle). A very strange attitude towards customers, they really messed up, but instead of fixing everything quickly, apologizing and wishing them a good road, they began to tell them that the level above the maximum is good for the engine.
