...about 10 years ago, a girl from the physics department of BSU worked there as a waitress... so just the way she took orders from memory and didn't confuse anything was worth a look! INSPIRED!

A very popular restaurant in Minsk. There are several of them on Independence Street. They keep an eye on the comfort and will not allow a large company to move tables and disrupt the intimacy of the situation. Pancakes with mushrooms are just a race. In general, if there is little time and you need to guess, then these are Cornflowers and pancakes with mushrooms.

Cornflowers, as always, are a must-visit if you come to Minsk. Traditional Belarusian cuisine at its best. Everything is very tasty and very satisfying - so be careful with the number of dishes. This is the second time in this institution. You can eat inside and outside, but preferred inside to the right of the main entrance, because it was cool there. It was quite stuffy in other parts.
I took pancakes with mushrooms, potato dough and smoothies with pears. No questions about the food, everything was very satisfying and delicious. The drink was perfectly refreshing.
We will definitely come here again on our next visit to the capital of Belarus!

There is no place for temporary waiting at the entrance, and for several minutes I and the children had to stand in the aisle, interfering with everyone. The lower hall (down the spiral staircase) disappointed with its scarcity and lack of imagination in the decoration. Terrible tables. More or less normal standard sofas with cushions. The air conditioner was set at 19 and blew directly on my back. After 10 minutes of waiting, we had to call an official to accept our order. The salad was quickly brought (olivier is more than usual), disgusting cheese sticks for some reason made of dough with terrible ketchup. We were waiting for about 1.20 hotter and I already wanted to leave with the children. The baked dumplings were passable, but the beef medallions were just awful. The meat is tough, the potatoes are few and burnt, the taste is average, even the mushrooms did not save. So that you understand the portion size, I sentenced the "dish" in 5 minutes, as we were in a hurry. There is no TV, the basement is stupid. The official did not even offer bread with meat, I would not refuse. Such probably 3-4 portions are necessary for an adult man to eat.
My daughter was upset, I was disappointed. A boring, cheap place with mediocre service and high prices. I do not recommend it.
