I read so many reviews about this restaurant chain before my trip to Minsk. It's time for me to share my opinion. The location is more than good, in the city center, next to the metro. It's very atmospheric inside. There are a lot of tables. The service is fast, the most delicious dishes are always recommended. The menu selection is large. And indeed, everything is cooked very tasty. The portions are very large, in order to have time to try everything, they took one serving for two. The prices are average. I recommend you to visit. Guys, the Cornflowers network is just a bomb! Very tasty. Dishes are brought as they are cooked, always hot. Potatoes in Belarus are delicious!) There is WI-FI. The prices are very adequate.
Cons: some dishes have to wait a long time (for me), but this is due to one great advantage - dishes are prepared for each visitor from good products, and not preheated semi-finished products or not to understand that God knows what! Everything is being prepared for a sooo long time, during this time you are already starting to look at the neighboring burger king out of desperation. They also cook poorly, they do not give a portion, and the serving of the dish looks, roughly speaking, not very good. Moreover, such problems now seem to be in all restaurants of this chain.
The waiter forgot about us at all, they waited for the bill for 30 minutes, called others so that at least someone had already calculated us. I just wanted to leave without paying, because the police would have arrived faster and issued a fine than we paid.
In general, recently this restaurant chain has turned from a middle segment into some kind of eatery

It's a great place. The menu is quite large, you can always choose something for every taste, plus that there are national dishes. A separate plus for the children's menu, although it is small, but it is there. Children are always brought pencils and a menu on which they can paint something. Yesterday we visited the restaurant at this address and wanted not only to hear about the cuisine of the dish, but we had been there before and had a very tasty dinner, to eat, but an unpleasant incident occurred!
Since it was Friday, there were a lot of people and we were initially warned that hot dishes +-40 minutes were being prepared.We made an order, water and appliances were quickly brought to us, then we made an order before and brought soup in 15 minutes, but after it we still waited 1.5 hours for hot dishes!
New people came and came, and they had already been served dishes in turn before!
Moreover, now it turns out that they order ready-made semi-finished products and they are only cooked on the stove or deep-fried!
We are extremely dissatisfied with the service! We were not warned while waiting that the time would increase even more, especially since the last guests brought food earlier than us!
They also brought us seemingly stale low-quality burnt dumplings and in a small size!Previously, they were hand-made, juicy, appetizing and delicious in appearance! Now the service (the waiter's girlfriend was rude) is at a low level, the food that was brought to us is terrible and the administrator himself could not come up, either other waiters or the waitress who served us approached!

Draniki with urine, that's a disappointment for the guests of the capital. Mochanka is a meat gravy in which a lot of flour has been added to thicken. And now there 's no meat in it ... Throughout our meal, this lady walked around with a most displeased face. I took everything out when I was ready, in a chaotic order, without initially specifying the order in which to serve. In general, this particular institution doesn't set foot anywhere else, but the network is excellent.
P.S. I work in the same field myself and understand this kitchen a little from the inside.

It's just one of the best chains of establishments in Belarus. Very fast, not expensive and delicious. We came to Minsk on a tourist visit, but now no trip is complete without Cornflowers. I am amazed how with a huge flow of people, the guys manage to serve quickly.
Sometimes there is a queue at the entrance, but this is not surprising. Although queues usually resolve very quickly, because there are a lot of seats.

The food is of average quality, unreasonably expensive. The pitch was more than 40 minutes (this is with a half-empty hall), some positions were missing. There are air conditioners above the tables, condensation drips from them both on the person sitting and on the food. Despite the long serving, the dishes are dry. In my case, I got a Kiev cutlet, which felt like I saw the oil only while it was deep-fried (and then flowed for the next 30 minutes) and unsalted mashed potatoes.
We are sincerely disappointed with the campaign. I don't understand why the place is being praised so much. Although, maybe it's just a bad point.
